Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyModern hotel with designer interiors in a very convenient location. Spacious room with everything you need for a business trip. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room is a plus, and the lounge rooms where you can relax and have a drink are very nice.

United KingdomBreakfast was so so, wish they add more options and hot meals considering the price of €27.50. Area around hotel a bit dodgy especially at night.
Newly opened hotel under Condrad Hotel group. Love the lounge area where you can have snacks. They also accommodated me in setting up the room to surprise my friend for her birthday. Staff were really nice and friendly.

United Arab EmiratesNothing - Everything was perfect, except the fact the the elevators once were out of service and we had to go down the stairs for 22 floors, however, that's understandable considering it's a new hotel and they are working on the expanding and rebranding into Cardo Brussels - Autograph Collection.
The rooms are large and spacious, the whole hotwel is newly rennovated with modern furniture and designs. the location of the hotel is superb being situated in the middle of the city and right above a metro station which can get you anywhere in brussels. The staff are extremely friendly and nice and made sure to make us feel welcomed at all times.

United States of AmericaHonestly, just having a microwave would have been nice. We found ourselves buying food once from a great grocery next door and ate the meal cold. Otherwise very happy.
Rooms are decorated in a very modern style with fashionable articles all around. Bathroom was also remodeled very stylishly. Loved the bedding and the blackout curtain system.

GreeceAll was really good. Just few things that were minor: More hanging places for towels might be good. It would be good to have the floor in the main screen of the elevator when waiting. Seeing that elevator is moving would help when waiting.
24/7 gym well equipped and with amazing views. Renovated and fresh look. Interesting room with a different, fresh look and nice, special interior design. Modern well functioning bathroom Plenty of space for clothes storage Feeling of being in a modern apartment and well thought design of TV placement. Big TV Great view also from room Well placed in Roger, near metro

NetherlandsWhile the bathroom was stylish and very nice overall, the rain shower was a bit unreliable. The first day the water pressure was very low and the water hardly warm. The following days it worked better. I also missed proper reading lights by the bed. The lights are either too strong, illuminating the entire room, or too dim to read.
Spacious room, interestingly decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all expected details (coffee machine, kettle, water bottles, etc). The gym and the lounge with complementary coffee very really nice too.

IrelandThis hotel is not yet fully open and there are associated issues. Only two lifts were operational and this was often reduced to one and on one occasion I had to walk down 21 flights of stairs in order to make a meeting on time. Also, some issues with the hot water on one morning. The breakfast was fine but not especially exciting. These teething issues aside, once the hotel is fully open it will be a place to return to.
The rooms are very large by Brussels standards and very well appointed. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Decent A/C. Very high tech. Staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Very good location besides Rogier metro and Bruxelles Nord. Easy access to Covent Garden complex.

IrelandThere’s nothing to dislike really. The only thing I recommend is to ask how to put do not disturb on (it's digitally done). The cleaners come to clean very early. If you’re an early bird you won’t notice, but on holidays my husband and I are not. So if you want to wake up after 10am, do use do not disturb.
The place is beautiful. Super clean, very friendly staff, amazing shower and bed and the room is well decorated.

United KingdomThe electrics, including light switches in the room and the controls for the night screen were temperamental. Really annoying if you want to go to bed after a long day and need to fiddle with unresponsive or over-responsive controls just to switch off the light and close the curtain.
Super arty hotel. New. Very clean. Very big room, big bed, big bathroom. Good wifi. In the heart of Brussels, very close to the Brussels-North train station and Rogier Metro. Main shopping street of Brussels across the street. Staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

IrelandThe air conditioning didn’t work making it somewhat uncomfortable - just about bearable. When the temperatures rise as the weeks go on, it may be an issue for some. I would ask about air con of the room you are about to book before booking.
