If you never been to downtown Sofia you will be surprised how those small downtown streets are dirty and covered with graffiti. It looked like a dangerous place but it was really quiet. Just a local feature I quess.

This place was clearly recently renovated and those guys did an exceptional job. You can tell that the host takes it very seriously. It is decorated, brand new appliances and even an expresso machine which I never seen anywhere I stayed. Highly recommended.

I strongly recommand Exceptional Refurbished studio top location. -for its location.It is at walking distance of all the main attractions (National Assembly, the Cathedral, St Sophia Church etc...).You are in Sofia' s center. -the comfort of the place.You are like at home as the place provides you everything you need. -You are in a small street very quiet and at 3mn by feet from Sofia University metro station. The organisation of the owner who provides you all the informatons you need for your arrival.

cosy studio on groundfloor in a side street with little traffic close to the 'tsenter' , nice small bathroom, little kitchen for "en cas" , park at short walking distance, shops in Metro station Klemento Kristi, "supa bar" 's at the end of the street just a right spot to discovering Sofia !

the studio flat is very spacious and has everything you may need while in Sofia the apartment was spotlessly clean. The owner has been very responsive and impeccable with communication. what else to say: perfect stay just walking distance from everything in Sofia, just 2 min walk to the Metro station (to/from the airport)

The location was perfect, couldn't have been better, about 4mins walk to Alexander Nevski cathedral and all other sites and restaurants within about 10mins walk. The studio itself had everything you could need and the owner was really helpful, even spoke to my taxi driver on the way because there were road works. He offered suggestions for restaurants, etc, he recommended the free Sofia walking tour which was great. Would definatly visit again and recommend to friends.

It's at the heart of the center and it had everything that you needed for your stay. There was even some coffee and tea in the cupboards. It's a small place but perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Internet was also great.

Desk and chair are not super comfortable for work, but OK for using for 1-2 hours. The desk provides sufficient space for the use of laptop. At the first night, I did not find a heater and felt cold. In the next day, I found it in front of television. From the next night, it worked very good.

The host was top notch! We were given the best city guide ever. The apartment is perfect in every way, location & design. It’s super quiet in the area and we slept like babies. All the places you’ll want to see are around the corner and there are lots of places to eat and drink.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like about this stay. I really cannot think of anything that the host could have done to make our stay even better.

The room was well equipped, even with small things that a lot of hosts overlook. The property owner was super helpful and responded quickly to messages.

Overall it is a very decent place that had everything a person might need. Konstantin was kind enough to communicate with us whenever we needed help. It's located on a silent street, there was no noise at night. House is located at the entrance of the apartment and you don't need to climb any stairs. The place is close to the city center, we were able to walk to the city center. In terms of transportation, metro and bus station are close as well.

Everything was great. Konstantin was very helpful and gave me a chance to check in earlier. Place is fresh, clean, comfy and cozy. Has everything you need. Wide bathroom. The location is perfect it's close to everything you need, supermarket Billa is just 5 min away, the pharmacy as well. The main church is just few blocks away etc. Wifi was stable and strong so I could work from home, which makes life of digital nomad much easier. Highly recommend this place.
