The hotel is 20 mins walk from Sunny Beach centre, but it is in a quiet location and due to the cleanness of the hotel and the fact that is so new and modern was worth it.

Great studio, with kitchen, including pans, glasses, plates. It is a new building, with modern design. The studio has a great terrace. The entire studio and hotel is very clean. There is also a restaurant with good food - I recommend it. The staff was very friendly. There are parking spaces right in front of the hotel and the bus stop (for Nessebar) is really close.

Extremely narrow parking and too much smoking (smokers) at their terrace😳 Anyway in this country maybe 90% of the population do smoke🥲 I also had to shorten my stay due to unexpected events in my family and was not offered any discount etc for an early checkout🧐

For dinner a few of the items we wanted to order were no longer available on the menu. Menu should be updated if dishes not available. I had to get a back up starters. My boyfriend had decided what he wanted but was not available so choose again. Waitress came back his second choice was also not available. Choice 3 was available. He liked the burger but was looking for to the other 2 dishes more. The food we got was delicious just shame so many things we choosen were not available

Friendly staff, comfortable and lovely decor. Pool perfect for a dip to cool down and a little swim and comfortable loungers. Walking distance to shop, pharmacy, and beach. Plenty of free parking mid week at the weekend was busier. Food was delicious and reasonable price.

Amazing new hotel. Stunning design. Lovely English speaking staff. We stayed in a studio apartment that is equipped with a kitchenette with a mini fridge and stove (no pan or pot), there are plates and dishes. A large and comfortable bed. Truly a delight of a room. TV with local stations (no Netflix). Location in a quiet but close street within a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants just a few minutes away. Bus lines to the center until about midnight. Very highly recommended

The only thing missing was a sea view, but it’s not really that important for me, so it was fine.

Perfect location - close to cacao beach, yet on a very quiet street. Premium exterior, interior and landscape design. Great food, nice pool. Friendly and polite staff. This place is a real gem.

The door of the shower was not completely closeable and while taking shower, water was running a bit in the bath. We put used towels on the ground.

The hotel and the rooms are so stylish, I liked a lot the style and the design. The view of the room was to the pool and everything was green. The staff was so friendly. And we loved extremely the restaurant. The food was just excellent. The best food I tried since a long time. Great location as well to go to the beach.

Recently opened, very clean, fresh hotel with pleasant interior. Kind staff, especially at the reception, our check in went very smooth and fast. Loved the oasis feeling, silence, always avaliable sun beds, clean towels at the pool. Restaurants and gricey shops are near by, but the restaurant at the hotel was very nice as well, liked the atmosphere and the price for the food is not expensive, liked it more than other restaurants in the area.

The staff was amazing and mainly the hotel was more than wonderful. I really recommend this place as it’s not like the other hotels in sunny beach where the hotel is from communist time.

The zone is pretty close to Cacao Beach and it may pose a problem in terms of parking. There are free parking places but it may take a while to found them.

The hotel is newly built. The beds are comfy and the ac inside makes a good completion. The hotel staff is there to help and make you stay memorable

No basic kitchenware, like 2 glasses for instance or anything to use, only a few plates were present, nothing for coffee making or any utensils or forks or spoons - nothing. Also there were no any hangers in the bathroom, even for toilet paper, let alone towels or anything else. Also very noisy at night, we had to make complaints and argue with other drunk guests at 4am in the night to stop shouting and slam doors...just crazy. Would expect more for that room price and a breakfast should be definitely included. Restaurant prices are very high, same as best restaurants in the Old Town Nessebar for instance.

We had an excellent stay, the rooms are arranged in a Nordic and minimalist style, but very welcoming. The value for money was more than correct. The food at the hotel is very tasty and quickly ready. We will definitely be back.

The room has no glasses for water or something to drink. The mini kitchen has nothing to help you in case you want to have a little bite in the room. The water in the pool it was a little cold for my taste.

I like this place because is far from noise and agitation. The room is big and cosy. It has a great terrace and a great bathroom. I was staying in the studio room and it has a kitchinet also. The place has a lift in case you need it, and a litte pool for cool off.

Kitchenette is not equipped with glases, tableware and kitchenware. If you want to take coffee or breakfast in your studio is almost imposible, only electric stove is not enough.

New hotel in a peaceful area, 10 minutes walk from Cacao Beach. All furniture is new, large king size bad and bathroom, with a nice furnished terace and view. Cleaning is made every day and they have also their own restaurant near the pool. All personel is very kind and want to help you and fulfill your needs.
