Food smell all around corridors from underground Restaurant. Furniture and bathroom needs refurbishment also balcony.

In the room we had poor Internet.

The Staff was extra nice with the guests. With the All inclusive package we always had the opportunity to get some snacks or eat properly in the restaurant. Animators were super kind and creative. Best choice for a family with kids. The pool is  nice and perfect for plan B, when the sea is not good.

We stayed in for 7 night's. On arrival niece welcome (arrived around 22:30) lunch bag provided for all of us. Sandwich/fruit and water which was a really nice 🙂. Fallowing the 7 night overall experience with the staff/animation was a 5 ⭐. Room size were a nice big and the bathroom with a bath tub which was bonus (bit dated) Pool's big and small were cleaned every day. No rush in the morning for get your chair plenty of seating and umbrella's. Reception team helpful and friendly with all types of questions. Big positive experience a special 85% of the staff were a youngster and quick response for any kind requests. Well done for making us a pleasure stay. All the best team.

More type of food. Paid parking even on the wall was written that is free. Bathroom was not having hygiene seal at check-in. Water dispenser missing from 11PM to 7.30 AM Some time the food was undercooked or cold.

The drinks were good but not wow. It feels like you drink water instead of juice. Overall I recommend the ice tea.

Everything was good for recovery and recreation - the hotel is close to the beach, has a good food and service and very child friendly. We are very grateful to Niki and Lucho, the animators. They are very nice, cute, creative and entertaining. Our daughter enjoyed both the daily animation and the mini-disco as well.

If you are a light sleeper like me then ask for a quiet room. We had the room by the pool and people are staying late by the lobby bar, having fun loudly.

Quality/Price ratio was very good for 2 adults and 2 children with food included. Food was ok, the kids loved the pool, only 15 minutes walk from the beach, employees very nice.

I thought the food was OK for the price. Not a fan of how greasy it was but I guess that's a preference matter. The hotel is a good 15 min walk away from the beach. Also they don't clean your room unless you put out the "please clean my room sign." All in all, an OK hotel. You get what you pay for.

Children playground - broken/rusty unsafety swings and slide, however the children pool was nice. Children corner - except for pasta, the rest was fried - fish fingers (frozen type), french fries, chicken fingers, potato bullets, or slices of pizza - not so tasty Still, for the evening there were rice, oat, polenta with cream to choose from.

Staff - very friendly, especially at the restaurant, reception, bar and entertainment. Not so pleased about the cleaning, felt like she was looking for tips and accordingly would have cleaned the room. Restaurant - excellent considering value for money, a variety of food, different from a day to another, with fruits to choose every day, different type of meat (chicken, pork, fish), also a lot of sweets.

The only thing I didn't like was the WiFi connection. You have to pay for it, but it doesn't really work.

Staff was very friendly, helped with everything. Room was clean, towels changed everyday (on request), air conditioning in the room. Very nice cocktails in the lobby/pool bar.

The mattresses on the bed were not very comfortable. The place has not to many parking places for the hole guests. The beach is a little far from the hotel.

The pools are extraordinary nice and the room was quite large compared to others. The stuff was helpfull and jumpy. The food not that great.

Ar arriving it was only one towel per person, no face towel, no hand towel. After demanding new towels we received also face towel but no hand towels. The food was not what I expected for a 3 star restaurant - it was somehow repetitive.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean and maybe with the best view in the hotel. The facilities were quite nice.

It is a crowded hotel with all kind of people and kids. It has only 1 elevator and it was crowded - people use this elevator to get down from 2nd floor to 1st floor and viceversa. At this hotel I saw the biggest queue at the snacks when they were served at 16:00. My guess everybody is hungry at this hotel. Probably a 3rd bar is required because there are many drinkers too. Very cheap beverages, avoid those colorants. Beer was weak, kind of water with something, so I avoided it as possible. The beach seems to be close, but you have to avoid the hotel across the street and this adds an extra 200m to the distance. The parking is free, but crowded, so, our car stayed on the street for a week (you should ask at reception for a paper to put on windscreen, in order not to have problems).

Food was generally OK, but while in Bulgaria, you cannot get rid of the cheep bulgarian cheese or salami; however, you may avoid these and find other good food, for example their various "kebabchi"; there are 2 bars, the pool bar and lobby, both with same beverages; pool bar closes at 18:00, lobby at 23:00. Almost all beverages are cheep, with plenty of colorants; I recommend simple vodka with sprite, separated, but this is just my opinion. At 16:00 there are served snacks - pizza and cookies. Room was OK, AC worked, TV worked, refrigerator worked; nice bathroom. The rooms were cleaned daily. The wi-fi has to be payed, but is not a fortune, 1 leva per day per device. It has 2 pools (children and adults), both were OK. The sea is at about 500m and is OK - nice and large beach. The hotel has nice daily activities for both kids and adults and the animators tried to make everyone happy. All the personal is OK and friendly. The hotel has its own money exchange with a good rate.

The place is overrated, the fridge was not working, we requested a replacement for it and we have a fight with the hotel stuff about how a fridge is supposed to work....but they replaced it after we proved them that it does not work. Food is disgusting, I can cook by myself better than they actually cook. They should fire they chief and re-organize the entire menu. The Food was pretty bad, they had the same menu every day... We were very disappointed to see that they serve every day 3 kind of pasta, 3 kind of potatoes and 3 kind of meat.... Sometimes, the food was overcooked. Sometimes, it was not cooked enough. The romanian polenta looks disgusting, it looks like the food my grandparents from the countryside give to the pigs... although the hotel has all inclusive, of all the 4 days I stayed there, I only ate breakfast. We had to eat the rest of the meals at the restaurant The furniture was pretty old and rubbish...it made you feel like you are in a 1-star place, not 4.... I found holes in the bed sheets but also in the mattress. On the balcony all the metals were full of rust and the walls were dirty. I do not recommend this hotel, not even to my enemies!!!!!

The rooms are very dirty, no cleaning, a lot of bugs, no changing for towels, bath accessories for a 10 days holiday. The staff does not speak any other language and you can’t communicate with them, the food is bad, the way to the beach is long and damaged.

Great potential, but unfortunately horible place and nobody from the staff seem to care.

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t perfect. There is a lot of points which can be improved: 1. The pool for children is dangerous, we already informed the staff that 6 white points on the floor are damaged and needs to be replaced. Until now it wasn’t fixed. My son have wound on his fit because of that. 2. Eating- definitely breakfast are very poor and the same each day. 3. Worst coffee in the world. 4. Huge cube to the bar in the evening. One person which makes drinks is not enough. 5. Elevator- too small and very slow. Also a lot of cubes when someone arrives. 6. Too less eating on pool. Pizza disappears after 1 minutes and is not enough for all from the cube. 7. Loud techno music in restaurant in the morning
