The place has all the possibilities to be the perfect spot! It is build and organised well but now it’s under maintained! The bathrooms of the restaurant are horrible, the terrace of the restaurant is dirty, lamps hanging, tables not well cleaned from the previous day, The windows of the rooms - extremely dirty. Broken equipment in the bathroom. No matter the restrictions the older kids are left to do extreme and forbidden things without any control at the swimming pool. It was the closing of the season but even though the food was too limited for the price. The price was not reduced but the variety and choice was cut short from what it was for the same price just two weeks ago!

The location is perfect! The area is beautiful, the beach and the sea are wonderful. The staff is nice and polite.

way too many steps- the resort is on a hill and if you happen to be in one of the blocks at the high side, you have to climb , in our case 118 steps. there were no ramps for a buggy on half of the steps (which is very silly as this claims to be a family resort) so you have to walk around the blocks and on a steep hill, so it’s not great for families with very little kids! the animation is far from the restaurant and on top of the hill so you have to be there with your kids and not leave them on their own. the pool - large pool but not enough space for sun beds around it. the room - the carpets need to be changed as they were coming apart where the furniture has been moved around ( we were with a baby who just started crawling and he always went to these places with torn carpet and munching on them !!! not great)

the location, it’s great for families with kids looking for a holiday with a great beach and away from the crowds. the food was delicious and with ample variety. we stayed a week and it was not repetitive. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the views from the room were spectacular - of the mountains and the beach.

Lots of mosquitoes in the evenings especially outside the resort (e.g. if you take a walk at the beach - the reason should be the lake in the reserve just across the main road). The animation could have been better.

Our rooms were offering the expected space and comfort and were cleaned every day. The beach was nice - sandy with shallow sea. It is accessible by a trail through the sand dunes (and if you're lucky you may spot wild life in the forest nearby). The food was good and there was great variety (with thematic dinners). Personnel was kind and helpful.

The resort is not a 4 star (something between 3 & 4 in my opinion) and needs some 'love' regarding the maintenance it self; it is clearly visible that the last serious round was at least 3 yrs + ago (painting, some furniture that needs to be fixed, some bathroom accessories, etc.). Kind of a small details if you look at the big picture, but details matter.

The location, the resort even with the minuses mentioned, the staff which was friendly and helpful even if English was not their forte, the food was tasty, proximity to Sozopol. I will definitely put this location on the map for future holidays.

That beverages included in the price were not available at the beach.

The Beach is quite and clean, the place is not crowded, but for the price we paid the quality of food should be raised. As the beach is apart from the hotel about 400 m.walk, and the base is all inclusive, the owner should suggest a beach bar, where the beverages should be available all day, cause it is not comfortable to walk 800 meters go and back to take a drink for ur self or your kid. Similar places at that rate offers that.

The food was not tasty. It was greasy and tasteless all the time. It was surprising, everything was very tasty in previous years. The sheets were short and inappropriately placed, for a four-star hotel. See the photo.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. The beach is fabulous.

- food should be improved, the meat was not always well done (one evening there was chicken on the BBQ, but it was almost raw) - the staff speaks little english and is hard to get any info - nobody informed us about the facilities and how the things are done (the beach towells were available at the reception, but we found out the second day, after we asked around and also other info were not easy to find out) - no place to take a walk in the evening (we used our phones to make light and took walks till the beach and back) - no beach bar - the shower cabin was a little broken - almost no activity for kids, even if is a family resort. There should be some playgrounds where the kids could play in the evening - wifi almost not existed

Easy walk to the beach on wooden planks - big rooms, quiet place - the rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed when you left them on the floor - bottle of water in the room everyday left by the cleaning lady - fruits for every meal - during week days you could found sunbeds also at 10.00 a.m. on the beach (probably during weekend you need to come earlier)

The gym space was not very well maintained, probably due to recent closure (Covid measure). Very few people of the staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Great location for a relaxed beach holiday - far away from all crowded beach resorts, as close as possible to the beach and among a lot of nature. Great variety in dietary offers and nutrition during each meal of the day. All facilities were properly working and available for us.

Food quality was questionable. In particular, coffee, pastries and desserts were highly below standards. WiFi coverage unacceptable. Some electric wirings were unprotected in the bedroom and the bathroom. Pillows too thick.
