Room was very hot, air didn't work. Had to open the windows, which made the room a bit louder. Bed is too soft, makes a hole where you lay.

It was not possible to control the heating in the rooms or even in entire hotel during our stay and the heating was on full power so it made the hotel very uncomfortable at around 38 degrees C. We had to open the windows fully to let in the cool air and the hotel is directly on a main city street in the centre of Sofia. None of the staff knew what to do about it.

The bathroom was quite small, particularly the shower. It was difficult not to flood the whole bathroom when showering.

The location is fantastic. Half a block from the Serdika metro station and in the middle of the city center. Midoslavic at reception was wonderful. He provided us with a map with all restaurants and directions in the area as well as great conversation. Thank you Midoslavic.

I go regularly to stay at the Hotel because I feel so comfortable there in every way.

My room was so small, that there was no space to open my suitcase on the ground. It turned out that when you book for one person they give you those super tiny rooms and this is not what you see on the pictures. My advice is to book for two people even if you are alone, as the price is the same.

The hotel has a great and convenient location if you arrive both by plane or bus. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but quite fresh and tasty with reasonable selection. Location of the hotel is great practically in the center of all Sofia's POIs.

They do have air-conditioning, but it's a central system that was not yet turned on in early April. As I was lucky to have nice warm spring weather, the night temperatures in my room were too high. The first day, I found many dirty tables in the breakfast room, and items like orange juice, fresh fruit, and bowls were no longer available, while yoghurt and scrambled egg were almost gone. While I had breakfast, nobody showed up to clean the tables or replenish missing items.

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Sofia, close to many sights, restaurants and public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and, as requested, had a nice view. The overall atmosphere is cozy, and I appreciate the many works of art on display. Good breakfast, except on the first day.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I requested if I could check in early and the staff straight away answered me that they will try their best. ( I had long flight and busy day needed to refresh ) they did managed to get me early check in which I am extremely helpful. Amazing location !!! Comfortable bed as well had great night sleep.
