The food is not diverse, the rooms are not that clean (under the bed and over the clothes closet dust and hair), they don't change the towels and beds every day.

There was a small leak at the shower cabin so we had to avoid the water on the floor. It didn't bother us too much though. It's a bit far from the city center, you have to walk around 15-20 minutes. The food was ok but not too many sortiments. Nothing fancy in this area.

The pool was clean, free parking, the room was large and the bed looked nice. 300m from the bus that takes you to Nessebar. You have to visit it. It's a hotel above the rate of 8.

- the bed was super low and uncomfortable. The wood plaques under the mattress fell off at least twice a day and we had to be careful to not sit down in any way on it otherwise we would've fallen with it. - we had the same sheets and towels all week - there was a bunch of dust under the bed (we saw it because we had to put back the wood plaques very often) - desserts in the restaurant was Almost always the same and they were not fresh sometimes and didn't taste good - the drinks (alcohol) at the bar outside were not good

I booked a room with a view to the pool and received a room with a view to the back of the hotel; The pool was nice and clean, but the chairs were covered with towels since 7 in the morning, although the pool program started at 8 and people didn't even come to the pool; the food was not excellent- not many options;

The whole hotel wasn't that clean. The staff usually don't say a word (maybe it's because they aren't Bulgarians). No hair drier in our room, we had to ask for it at the reception. Only 1 toilet paper roll was left in the bathroom, we had to ask again for another. No one came to clean or change the towels.

The hotel was close to the beach and to the center. Many food options, although very few options for vegetarians or vegans. The food was delicious and diverse. All inclusive package offers pizza and ice cream between 3-5 PM (at the pool), soft drinks, beer, wine, cocktails. Free car parking, enough places. Our room was spacious, 2 big beds, 2 sofas, a balcony.

We can only recommend this hotel for your stay. It was very clean, in perfect location - not loud and still very near to the centre and to the beach. Food was perfect. Even if some of us are picky eaters, there was always pizza as an option so we´ve never had trouble with food.

I didn’t like the way they served wine, Bulgaria is famous for wine, please serve it as it should be served, temperature and so. I didn’t like the kind of glass they use at the pool area, serve your wine, beer and cocktails with a bit more style. The gray plastic glass can you use for the kids or only for soda and water, and buy some other ones with a bit more style or use real glass instead. The food at the buffet was okay, but some of it was cold and should be warm.

The kettle is declared, but you need make the request on reception. There was no any plate, spoon or pan in the room, but there is a kitchen, which was very confusing). View from the window on a wasteland with an abandoned building. No bath slippers. Shampoo and soap only for 2 person, but we was 3.

Hotel staff was pleasant. Alot of parking place. Gym and massage. Nice pool. Pretty stable internet. Clean, sunny and big rooms. Mall in few minutes.

Most of the personel do not speak english at all and they coudn’t understand us. Even if you put the “no cleaning today” sign, the cleaning lady will enter in your room while you are still there. We tried to talk to her and ask her to come tomorrow, but no chance. The sunbeds are not enough for all the people in the hotel and everybody was puting their towels at 7 in the morning on them, even if they will come to the pool at 12.

We got a very spacious apartment that was cleaned every day. We had the all inclusive option, the food was plenty and diverse. The hotel is at a 10 minute walk from the sea.

some of the staff were rude and didn’t want to be there there was 2 older ladies one with long black hair and the other with long blonde hair and a girl in her late 20s with short blonde hair there was a poor selection of desserts at dinner

the location was nice, about a 10minute walk from the centre, perfect if your not looking for a full party holiday the area was quite the pool was beautiful but very deep, for a 166cm person I barely could stand! 80% of the staff were really friendly!

The housekeeping ladies were extremely lovely and nice and helpful the bar staff was also delightful food could be questionable at times but it was what it was, for the price we paid I don't think we could get a better deal. The hair shampoo was hinting dog shampoo vibes a lil bit so I would recommend to bring your own. We received a welcome gift which was very lovely.

Gym is paid extra. Far from the central area. Some construction around there. It's probably most suitable for people who spend their days in the hotel.

One of the better gyms in this area. Pool was fine. Pretty quiet overall. I would be staying here to some quiet days or for the gym perhaps.

The location is not truthfully explained on the site - it is much farther away from the beach due to a range of hotels you cannot walk trough, thus having to walk around them an entire street (15-20 minutes to the closest beach). I am not even sure the hotel is in Sunny Beach - some apps (including Waze) saying the address is in Nessebar. It takes you around 20 minutes to reach the main street in Sunny Beach. Nothing was included in the “all-inclusive” after 22:00 - not even a glass of water. The pool closed WAY too early (19:00). The “cocktails” were a joke (3 options - very poorly done and with wayyyyyy too much alcohol in a single glass). We were also told the sauna “doesn’t work and it’s broken”, while the rest of the “spa zone” being quite expensive for our taste. The wifi worked poorly. There were 3 of them and none of them acted good enough for us to work or to use exclusively without activating our paid data.

The food was excelent, probably the best part of our entire stay. Clean and comfortable room, helpful cleaning personnel. Enjoyable and big enough pool. The beer, sodas and natural juice were very good.

The pool was a little bit small according to the amount of people staying. Too small for the capacity of the hotel. If you want a place by the pool you have to wake up quite early to reserve one by letting you towel on:). And a lot of noisy groups in the hotel. We couldn’t rest very well.

It was clean and the ladies changed our towels and bedsheets almost daily! A lot of good food, a lot to choose from.

- some of the staff was very grumpy and not caring (the guy from the outside bar put us ice in the glasses with bare hands, some staff is not friendly at all). You should give staff name tags so you can review them better. Also when we arrived one man from the security was very unpolite and besides that he was staring all the time at us without doing absolutely anything. You should really fix your staff problems. - the food is very diversified, however, it is extremely oily and the drinks and snacks very low quality

- the facilities are absolutely great - the pool looks really nice - the price for the stay is really good - the apartament was very cozy
