United KingdomBuilding not in good state, room had door handles falling off and a door frame broken everything seemed old and requires attention. The food was not good although plentiful. The alcohol was very weak but this seems the standard everywhere in sunny beach.

RomaniaOn the weekend he have to wait in the line at the restaurant so we can eat, it’s rhe first time at an all inclusive hotel where this happens to me. And since this is a 5star hotel is unnacceptable. The indoor pool was not heated, the water was very cold. The parking a little bit expensive

RomaniaWhen we arrived at the hotel, they charged us 30 leva/day for the underground parking, in my opinion it was too expensive for a parking that was full of stuff cars, doesn’t have direct access to the hotel, was flooded and full of trash cans, it smelled horrible and we got wet when trying to walk through the parking. The spa area was full of bad smells and unsanitary, u didn’t even have a looker to leave your phone or valuables, the jacuzzi was cold and most of the time didn’t work.
The rooms are big and spacious whit a balcony that has a great view over the pools, the cleaning stuff came every day, they emptied the trash bins, made the beds, and change the towels if we requested it, they didn’t clean the rooms but to be fair the rooms were clean, and we staid to little in the rooms to need it to be cleaned. The food was great and verry diverse, the service was good, the stuff doesn't know English very well but they are friendly and eager to help u.

RomaniaThe hotel doesn't have a private beach, there is almost no food between the meals and the local beverages are not very good (except the wine which was decent and the orange juice). The indoor pool was as cold the outside pool.
The staff was very kind, the food was diverse and well cooked, the coffee was good at the reception bar. The pools are nice, quite large and clean. There were enough sun beds around the pools. One night it was a nice saxophone concert at the pool bar. The bathroom had various supplies, even tooth brush set, conditioners, bodymilk, etc.

BulgariaThe room was not clean! There was dust everywhere on the furniture and the TV. The floor was dirty from day 1, and there was mold on the bathroom walls inside the shower cabin showing that it was not cleaned for some time. Having some of the cleaning personnel swiping the floor of the dining area with a broom, while there are still people finishing their dinner was another unpleasant experience. The pillows people, the pillows! Please put them all on a pile and just burn them. What's the idea of the 2 single beds next to each other in a Deluxe room? Haven't you heard about a proper double bed - 1 bed? The top mattresses were constantly sliding. The airconditioner is not going lower than 24 degrees and providing a winter duver for your guests in August is not the best solution either. Surely not the 5 star hotel as advertised. Somewhere around 3.5 and with a huge struggle maybe 4.
The food was very delicious and there was a lot to choose from every day. The outdoor swimming pool was excellent.

PolandThe reception staff was horrible. Hard-working people are elsewhere by the breakfast and you will find them helpful. Parking costs 10 euros per night and they are not allowing to park before you will pay for it. Standing on the street is forbidden though. Kitchen in the room is a nice facility, but everything that can be stolen (like sugar, coffee, tea bags, salt and so on) is just not available to you. It is good that you will have enough toilet paper... It's a bit low for a hotel that names itself a "royal".
Breakfast was very well, always fresh, also nice variety of drinks to choose from. Location is lovely - I could walk barefoot to the sea even. It is quite calm, even if the beach is fantastic. Gym was almost empty, so it was nice to have it around. What was remarkable was the MATTRACE. They were the best beds I have ever slept on. Absolutely amazing, no matter how it sounds.

RomaniaThe accomodation was awfull, the floor on the apartment was dirty, the door from the bedroom was broken. In the kitchen, we found oppened bottles of water…sign that the room was not cleaned properly after the stay before us. All the furniture in the apartment was old and damaged, they don’t deserve 5 stars rating, I would say that not even 3 stars.
The food was tasty and fresh.

Czech RepublicIn the room there was sand on the floor everywhere, even on the first day, the cleaning service should pay more attention to that. It's mostly because the floor tiles are too small and the relief is not ideal for hotel room,but it could be alright with a little more sweeping. The barcelo app is a great concept, but during our stay it wat quite problematic. It was suggesting us non existing animation programs! We were so angry when we learned that the children playground in the basement wasn't working due to the government regulations!!! There was nothing to do anywhere with children!
The only properly good thing was the food. That was great, except for some beans in tomato that weren't good but still we're served for like five days in a row for breakfast. I was gonna throw up when I tasted it, several days, cause I hoped it was changed.

Also, we wanted to extened our stay, asked us to wait 1h to give us pricing and gave us a price almost double vs booking.com so we had to book one extra night thru booking.com as they did not price match. So a lot of time spent when it could have been much easier. Water in the pool is very cold and inside pool not usable Food is mostly old and not good for eating. Snack bar is non existent
Pool is large enough to swim freely. Staff at pool is very friendly. Rooms are large and comfortable. Location is good and underground parking safe.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaFirst of all Snack bar at the pool is a joke. It is one refrigerator with some fruit and sandwiches which are poorly made and as you would expect, really cold. Also, it is only one refrigerator for all the people in this big hotel, so as you could expect, there is nothing in there for the most of the time. We really expected a proper snack bar at the pool since we don't like to get up for breakfast in the morning. As I was told at reception when asked, rooms are cleaned and you get new towels every 3 DAYS!, its crazy for even ordinary hotel. Not once when we came back to rooms sheets were made (or changed). You get every day Pool towels which is nice (not all cleaned that good). WiFi is great when working, but it reconnects so often. Food could be better. It would be nice to have a proper waiter service in the bar and at the pool for a 5-star hotel, and not to have to get drinks yourself.
The hotel is built like a proper 5-star hotel. Everything is big and comfortable to use: room, bathroom, lobby, terrace, pools, spa.. (except the restaurant which could be a bit bigger but its ok). You could see its built like 15 years ago, but still a solid 5-star hotel. TVs in rooms are big and Smart with internet connection. Great AC also. Although in All Inclusive packet you only get domestic alcoholic drinks (cheap local brands), the drinks were really good, we were surprised how good. Premium AI is not worth the money since you don't get that much drink options. They managed to get us connected rooms as requested by email (since it is not option on Booking), which really made our vacation better. Most of the staff is really polite.

IsraelAfter my arrival the door key does not work, I back to the reception twice and the same problem (My door was so far from the reception so it was so hard to get my bags and go twice), I asked for some one to come with me to open my room and they ask me to wait, I was so tired so it was so hard to wait, I asked to change my room so i can open the new room, the girl in the reception tell me “I cant do anything to you today, just tomorrow”, so i tell her “should i sleep in the street until tomorrow”? And she does not respond, The SPA and pools closed in 7 PM and thats so bad, there is no hot water in the pools.
