The masseuse in the spa offered me a massage immediately when I asked about availability. It was excellent.

The room was dirty. Everything had stains: mattresses, covers, moquette, curtains. The filter for the heater was full of dust and both of us got allergic reaction. The toilet seat was broken. No curtesy kit as shower cap or wash clothes. I booked a deluxe superior.

The rooms are very outdated and not clean enough (especially the carpet & curtains). Terrace in the room lacked some sitting furniture, as it was fully empety. A lot of the hotel was in renovation work, so amenities such as gym and some parts of the spa weren't working. Some of the staff were fully unhelpful. All in all, place has the potential but needs some work.

Hotel is okay for the price. Nice location, many options for breakfast, room is spacious and spa wasn't too crowded. All in all, it is good value for money.

I could hear noise coming from the other rooms which woke me up early in the morning. On the last day, the spa facilities were not turned on on time, so they were not heated yet before checkout time.

The room was very unclean. The carpet is full of stains and everything is pretty outdated. The furniture is old and isnt even functional as the sofa was without a cushion i actually sat down pretty hard the first time :) Everything in this hotel looks like they built it in 2013 and left it just like that. We had to change rooms because int he first one the wardrobe wouldn't open... That's pretty bad situation. The restaurant works only for breakfast and dinner, and although it is located on the 8th floor, they built it very closed and everything is very old and sqeeky. It has few of the nets that are for safety totaly broken and left like that. Pretty dissapointing as we were looking forward to using the top floor restaurant during our stay. Also, the pool for this time of the year is very cold.

The price for this stay is very affordable. We had relaitvely okay experience with the spa center which has Finnish Sauna, Steam Bath, Herbal Sauna, Infrared Sauna and "salt room" for relaxation. The breakfast was pretty good and had few options to choose from as its all you can eat buffet. We were in Sofia for shopping and relaxation so being in the Ring Road was very god as the main shopping centers are very near.

Poor breakfast, it used to be much better. Check in at 2pm when rooms are ready. Don't expect a luxurious spa. I saw no one there.

Room on last level was very noisy because of the engines on the roof. Furniture is deteriorated and dirty.

I think that a good idea to improve the service is to offer guests to choose a room with a view of Vitosha. There was no furniture to relax on the terrace. We asked for a chair which we brought to our room. There are no good blackout curtains, the bright sun was shining. In the spa, not everything worked stably. The air conditioner was noisy and made the air cooler at night. In the morning we met ants in the bathroom. The smell of the room was smoky. We had to ask for spa bathrobes at the reception.

We enjoyed the various breakfast and spa area. We liked the presence of a terrace and a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

The room is tatty with cigarette burns on the carpet, TV didnt work and was told no one around to look at it and all of the windows inside the building are dirty, balcony faced a really noisey wall of another building, balcony was dirty and no chairs on there. Air con didn't work very well, no dinner available but ordered a take away

Nice indoor pool, good choice of saunas, breakfast was nice, under ground parking was fine, good that there were extra pillows in the wardrobe.

There was no SPA facility as they mentioned in booking No Mini bar in the room No 24 hours reception No help in taxi booking as they promised My check out was early morning at 3:30am and there was no one at the reception that time. So I was not able to pay the money of my stay as I booked option of pay at property. Now want to pay please let me know how can I pay.
