The hotel was exceptional and I would 100% go back! The atmosphere was great, it was super relaxed and the staff were all very kind and attentive. It is an ideal location so close to the beach but has the bonus of being tucked away if you just want to chill out at the pool. Food was lovely and the rooms were modern and cleaned daily. Overall it was the perfect hotel!

Rooms are modern and clean with lovely patio/balcony. Hotel throughout is pretty and modern, especially lovely style pool that was never too crowded. Poolside food and drinks available at cost and buffet breakfast included free (and dinner with half board).

The parking price a bit high. Ok, I understand it couldn't be free but 20 BGN/day seems a bit too much.

The room size exceed my expectation, the balcony with garden view was very nice, food was ok for me (only halfboard).

Air conditioning was sometimes noisy (we used it at nights). When we checked-in the floor was dirty by our standards (we walk barefoot), but it was properly cleaned on the next day. The pool is not heated, so the water was quite cold. A strict pool lifeguard, who forbids most activities in the pool (probably to save the water inside the pool).

We liked the hotel (inside and outside spaces), the room, the view and the pool. The food was fine, many choices and it was changing every day (we had breakfasts and dinners included). Plus you can order something during the day. No noise from other visitors during nights.

The room could be cleaned better before a new person arrives, because I found the garbage bin full in the bathroom, which is not ideal. I would recommend more care about this part.

My stay at this hotel was amazing!! I really liked the food, diverse and tasty; the staff is helpful and friendly. Everyone was really nice. The pool was excellent with enough lounges to sit on. You can have towels for pool or for the beach, with the possibility to change them whenever you want. I like that the room was placed with balcony on the rear side of the hotel, and it was peaceful and cozy. I recommend asking for this if you need some peace and quiet.

It was a great stay, very nice and clean room, bathroom , big balcony.. For us it was very good to be accepted with our dog.. Very friendly staff, at reception, breakfast and also room cleaning. Parking is secure, in front of the hotel, it has to be paid additionally.

In Aug 23 the parking was always full and it was 20 bgn per day. The meal had poor diversity and the expectation are according to a 4 star hotel. The fish variety or sea food should improve as we had in a 7 day vacation 2 poor quality fish meals and 1 salad with redonion,seafood and lime. For one dinner the serving and the food was served with delay,like 30min but this was ok as comparative with a restaurant the waiting time was less than 30min. The property is not replying on emails coming even from old customers .

I liked the hotel facilities like reception 24/7 , elevator, the clean room, the towels were changed every day, the pool with lifeguard, the demipension with meals served at 7 AM and at 19. I like the warm feeling after each discussion with hotel employees. At lunch you can order to eat a pizza made by the local cheff. Water dispencer is available 24/7.

bed was not double (as advertised), but rather 2 single beds put together. mattress was some kind of foam (too soft, if you ask me). no free parking available, but paid (and crowded) parking (20 leva/day) available in front of the hotel

The hotel was great, we were greeted very friendly by beaming young people. The restaurant offers for breakfast was a perfect . The room was a very clean . Service is full of young and ambitious people who try to satisfy all guests to the max. I will recommend to my friends. In my next day off i will be there again .

10 nights in the hotel. Very good food, personnel and especially the lifeguard taking care of the guests in the pool!!! Ask for the 5th floor with view on the swimming pool. It is worth it :)
