We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandVery nice small stylish hotel designed with lots of good taste. We particularly liked the interior design of booth rooms that we had. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfy. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and included some traditional Bulgarian food. Spa area is nice, but a bit small.

United KingdomStaff on the front desk could have been a bit more polite. Guess they didn't really like 4 male bikers turning up! More for couples to be honest. However staff in restaurant where lovely. It's a bit out of the way so takes about 15 mins to walk into town. Not much in town though as was pretty quiet
Rooms were a good size. Pools were lovely. Parking was easy. Breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent.

United KingdomBreakfast was terrible! Not a big selection, the coffee was awful out of the machine, unbelievably no fresh fruit either. Room was dated and there was building work going on outside our room (#308) which started at 7am - really noisy. The electricity went out for about 4 hours in the morning too resulting in the lift not working. It’s a bit out of the town centre so you’ll need to do a good 15 min walk and the last bit up hill.
The spa is the highlight here - big jacuzzi/hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, steam room and cold bucket. Outdoor pool is nice and warm too. The rooms are cheap and the treatments are too.

BulgariaThe hotel appears to have been renovated, though some corridors appear dated. The shower was minimal size. The bedding was poor quality as were the pillows. Breakfast was standard adequate Bulgarian standard but offered no fruits.
The staff were all helpful and courteous. The pool area was good. Location was ok, though there is adjacent building development.

The breakfast was great and the staff polite. The hotel is fine, but definitely not a 4-star hotel. The shower cabin is super small, and the room was supposed to be with a large double bed, instead there were two beds.
