I could not tell any bad thing.

We could choose from 4 options:English breakfast/European breakfast/Omlette as we like /Ham&CheeseToast. Plus 2 type of fruit Juice Coffee Tea. We were full after every breakfast. The hotel has the own restaurant and bar. Foods and cocktails are delicious. Thr staff was kind and helpful . We could play biliard In the backyard there was a small playground for children with trambulin. The pool was okay also so we could relax in the side of it. The hotel has a talking parrot Rea. The hotel itself is appr 8 minutes walk from the beach.

Only 5 options for breakfast (the best were European breakfast and Omlet).

Friendly staff, clean room, good service. Parrot in the restaurant is a real atraction.

Nice clean rooms, pool was great. The restaurant offered a huge variety of meals and drinks, we enjoyed it to the fullest. Parking place was in the courtyard behind the hotel. Location is about 350-400m to the beach. Cleaning of rooms was daily.

The breakfast was more than enough , for each other, they were great , very friendly, professionaly, serioss, very opened on our wishes, it was faboulous.Wr are going to be back next year, preciselly, but now , we will stay 14 days , not 7. The family found there , was wonderfull, everythings was perfect!

hotel has very convenient location to the supermarket, beach and has their own parking. very friendly staff and the restaurant serves amazing food and drinks.

Had a 2 bedroom apartment and layout was a bit strange having to go through one room to reach the bathroom, chairs weren't that comfy in pool area but that is sum total of my gripes. Neither would put me off booking Friends Hotel again (which I will do soon)

Location was spot on with staff all very helpful and friendly. Friends Hotel was nice and quiet and the facilities were good if you wanted to stay around the hotel. The area has good links if you want to get a bus into/out of Flower Street or further afield, and you can walk quickly to the beach as the area is flat for a gentle stroll. There are a couple of big supermarkets for other essentials very close by. The Room itself was comfortable and cleaned daily, beds were comfy and the aircon was included. Fridge was good but there wasnt much more than 2 cups and 2 tumblers. Though it was all that was needed really. Big shower area and plenty hot water as well Pool looked good and sunbathing area was clean and tidy with no annoying loud pool music. Hotel arranged taxi to/from Burgas and it was all hassle free and the drivers on time - so would recommend asking Daniella to arrange those for you.

WI-Fi connection should be better. Not problem really with WI-FI speed but with connection. Constantly breaking - probably when too many people are connected.

There was a small parking space, up for maximum 10 cars; also WiFi is very poor at some times, exclusively in the evening.

Great staff, excellent food, nice and clean room, pretty quiet at night, ideal placement - not too busy, around 600 meters from the beach.

The refrigerator could be changed with a bigger one and more spacious because it cools everything very slow but maybe this is a crotchet 😀 and perhaps the parking lot could be a little bigger than the actual size.

The cleanliness was exceptional. They kept cleaning every day. The prices are very good at their pub. The staff is very friendly and always with their smile on their faces. They will help you with everything you need.

There is nothing to not like here for sure.

Clean quiet rooms, warm welcome from all staff who are always helpful and speak English. Drinks are cheap and the food is great without being overly priced. This hotel doesn't come up often on here as it's normally booked up, due to cv19 we got lucky. Just book here if you see it, you won't be disappointed.

- The coffee from the machine was more than terrible - Some fresh food for breakfast would have been nice - Not all windows in the room could be darkened for the night

- Since the room was ready, we were able to check in at 8am after arriving by night train from Sofia - The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean - Towels were changed every other day without us asking for it - Nice balcony with table and chairs - Strong AirCon - The waitress with the green hair was very nice - Just a 5min walk to the beach
