Getting to the apartment from the parking lot is somewhat cumbersome because there is no elevator and requires going up and down the stairs.

Location is great for skiing- right on the ski slope and only a few minutes walk from one of the main lifts. Plenty of restaurants nearby, although many close for the season in mid March. The apartment was comfortable and clean with fully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and high quality bedding and towels.

I liked very much that the apartments where like in the photos. The apartment are very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, as well the other rooms of the apartment. The apartments were very comfy, clean and spacious. The one located in corpus four was with the best location, next to the slopes. I would highly recommend the place and the owner and definitely will come back for a longer stay!

The bathroom had a disfunction and they can't repair. When we make shower (4 people) the all bathroom floods. By the other side, during all journey in front of the main entrance of the hotel and in front of the rental ski center was allways strong ice and nobody cares about it.

It was a good room, good location near to the slope, the staff nice and responsive.

Good location, a little bit far from the center of the Resort, however close to Snejanka Tower & other good sites. The hosts are very kind & supportive! They were available through phone or chat whenever we needed them.

The restaurant isn't good value for money. Breakfast service is slow, items were forgotten and the only good thing was 'mekitsi'.

The apartment was newly refirbished and had every amenity necessary for a comfortable stay. Clean and warm. Nice sheets and towels. We had a complement of wine, coffee, and tea that was very thoughtful. The host was available for questions and helpful.

The hotel spa has extra cost but it is bad so not really worth it anyway. If it is high season there might be issues with the amount of parking slots.

The property is ideal for short stay due to the small kitchen worktop, literally no space at all once the dish rack is placed; not enough cutlery; no washing up liquid or a sponge left and the bin provided was full on the 1st day of the stay. To use the swimming pool there was an extra charge paid to the spa directly, which was not stated in the advertisement.

Location, big open plan kitchen and very comfortable bed; There was almost everything such as a washing machine and a tumble drier.

They have escalator only on the way up, which is alright. Keep in mind that on the way back one have to carry all the luggage.

Location is prefect !!! It is right by the slope! The room is next to the exit, so you can put your ski on right away :)

Immaculately clean place !! Beds and sofa very comfortable! 5mins walk to the slops. Host was friendly and easy to contact. There is Krups capsules coffee machine so you can bring your own capsules. Smart TV at the living room. Spa and swimming are to be paid extra and cost €15 a day. There is a free of charge ski room linked directly at the slops . Great restaurant at bloc 2 Manastirski dvor. Free parking is a challenge but there is close by paid one €8 -€10 per day. Overall we had a great time in Pamporovo.

I find it very difficult to find a parking space, the spa wasn’t working at all! The Bistro (Mehana ) was expensive , the food wasn’t very nice and the service in the bistro was really bad !

The studio was perfect , nice and clean, it had everything we needed! Great location for ski
