I didn't like the coffee. The coffee should really be at least more decent for a hotel of this rank. I don't mind paying for it as long as it's not Spetema. I recommend the management to approach Dabov. The 5 star competition in Bansko have Dabov :)

Amazing SPA, and outdoor pools. The main outdoor pool is very nice, I like that it's 16+, it's really peaceful without children. The food was excellent! The lobby bar, the other restaurants are also very nice!

That the outside pool upstairs is forbidden for children… the other outside pools on the lower lever aren’t very nice as they are quite small and there is no sunshine there in the afternoons. Also, from our room we could hear the air conditioning unit, which was not very nice especially when the balcony door was open.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Food was great too.

The hotel, the rooms were very clean even though there was a construction work. All the reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful and always met us with happy and smiling faces.

Our stay was unique, the hotel is at the 5 star level. As soon as you enter, you feel luxury. Unique culinary delights, varied every day, a huge fitness and spa center with mineral hot water. The rooms are spacious with a great view. The staff is very kind and helpful. They also offer additional attractions such as horse riding and ATV. We will definitely be back there very soon. We recommend 100%.

There is room for improvement in terms of food, limited variety in terms of food, almost without change from day to day, and there are many dishes that repeat themselves, desserts at a basic level, sometimes what is emptied is not filled. Construction works of the hotel extension facilities are ongoing. Noise, dust and bad view on one site of the hotel. No restaurant! The only way to have a dinner in the hotel is to pay for buffet-style meal with questionable quality. There are no clocks at all in the SPA center. To know what time it is, you have to go to the SPA reception, which is highly inconvenient. Bad interner (at the second floor). Not really a five-star hotel. Hopefully in the future, but not now.

Excellent SPA facilities. Large number of high quality saunas, steam baths and pools. Beautiful lobby, nice furniture. Terrasse at every room with nice view (only at one side of the hotel!!) Friendly staff.

Arrived at 3 pm and did not get checked in until 4.30. The Reception staff were not allowed to explain the reason for this delay. No desk in the room.

The spas is amazing, so big you can almost get lost in it. The thermal water! I liked that at the outdoor pool there was no music during the daytime and no children allowed, made it very peaceful. Great breakfast with fresh orange and grapefruit juice.

All inclusive option reduces the charm and the category of the hotel. Have more a la carte restaurants on site. Who wants to walk around with a plate and wait for food when going to a 5-star hotel. All inclusive option turns the hotel into a cheap spot. Luckily,the hotel offers breakfast only option, HB or AI. Coffee machine at breakfast was horrible. A proper coffee should be offered at no extra cost.

There was poor communication between the different venues in the hotel-lobby bar, main restaurant and other restaurant. Kept on giving us mixed or incorrect information, passing us from one staff to another for simple questions. It left us with the feeling of an incredible amount of money spent on the building and interior, but not so much on valuing, maintaining and training staff - all were very kind and welcoming but not could not be helpful as were clearly not well informed about other aspects of the hotel (e.g, the other restaurant, the other bar, etc).

Incredibly stylish and beautiful hotel, very well made. Perhaps the best spa we have ever visited! The restaurant and the food was amazing, fantastic taste while buffet also served in moderation, unlike the usual waste of food. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

Maybe because there are some construction going on but here are some tips that could be improved: - the air ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work that well and after a nice warm shower of 10 minutes inside was a bit harder to breath. - maybe adding a bug web( at the terrace window/door) would be good since during the summer period there are some flies and mosquitoes. - Something to be mentioned about the food although it was really good in general and large variety, but usually I eat yellow cheese everywhere I go but this time all types of it looked and tasted a bit old like they are from two days outside.

Some extension of the area/facilities is still pending and it surrounding the complex, so next time maybe it will be finished and added to this wonderful resort.

Spa zone: Very comfortable pools indoor and outdoor with a different shape and zones, hot water, bubbling and waterfalls. Steam bath with a contrast pool, few types of sauna. Room for relaxation with drinks. Nice exterior/garden area design. Acomodation zone: Big number of new luxury family houses, suites, mesonets, with balconies and nice view. Green - solar energy utilisation. Big parking area. Outdoor activities: Many activities that could be booked in case of longer stay. Driving ATW on the hills and in the forest...

At the terrace in the room it would be great to have table with chairs. Also a mosquito net on the windows/door will be great to have.

We’ve liked everything about the hotel. All the staff were very friendly. The room and facilities were very clean. There is variety of food even for babies. Daily the towels were changed. We will definitely come back.
