We stayed on the 6th floor & there were few families on the same floor. It was a bit noisy sometimes, especially in the mornings. I didn't like the local dogs that came by the outdoor pool side although they were friendly with guests. One of the mornings, I was woken up by the noise from cleaners on the corridor outside our room at 6am - not pleasant!

Very spacious room (Junior suite shared with my sister & mum - 3 adults) with a lot of storage space. The fridge in the room was replenished each morning with soft drinks, beer & water without any charges. We loved how close the beach was to the hotel, less than 30sec walk from the hotel. Lots of food options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. There's also a snack bar where you can get pasta, burgers etc if you feel hungry before dinner. Loved the ice cream bar & mini café by the outdoor pool - we paid for all inclusive so we didn't have to pay extra to enjoy these. Different entertainment options throughout the day e.g. table tennis, darts etc. Live show every night at 9pm was a hit & it was different every night! We used the spa facilities - loved it! We paid 20BNG per person to use the sauna & steam room for 1 hour. We each had different massages done for a fee, very relaxing. I paid 69BNG for my foot massage -30mins, Classic massage 30mins 79BNG/50mins 119BNG. The wellness centre has many more services facial, salon, pedicure etc - charges applies. The indoor pool is free to use, not very big & closes 6pm each day but we used it and it was fine. I wished they had a jacuzzi- it would have been 5*! Overall it was a pleasant 5 days!

There is a bar, but it works only untill 22:45, and after that tou have to move to the lobby if you want to have a drink. There is no entertainment- no billiards, no music, no games for the adults. The pillows on the terraces were all covered up by bird poop

The hotel is really nice and it looks amazing. The rooms are big, the indoor pool is fine, the food was great. I was impressed that there was baby food ( milk) in the reataurant. Most of the staff were very kind.

The evening entertainment could have been a little better. The bar would have been nicer with a little more music.

Staff were helpful and kind .always with a smile. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Pool was lovely but freezing, good swimming! The facilities provided on leaving day, after returning our key was exceptional.

Our room was at the ground floor, close to the Saloon Bar, and we could easily hear the music that was playing during the night.

Location few meters away to the sea, indoor heated swimming pool, beautiful furniture (mostly Wood and metal), good wi-if signal, very friendly staff.

Our AC unit was very loud .. it was like sleeping with a motor truck next your head but the crew assist us and the problem was taken care of.

The boy supervising the pool, was not polite and sympathetic. Could not make even 1 reservation at the Restaurant a la carte, as there were made reservations 3-4 days ahead, fully booked.

Our air con didn’t work in room 442 as it made a loud mechanical noise when off. We had to have it disconnected. Some staff - we went for dinner late in the restaurant around 8.45/9pm twice and it was a completely different experience, obviously management were no longer around and the host team particularly were not great; messing around/on phones/not greeting guests/chatting/ not helping and being too loud - less professional than during breakfast/lunch or earlier in dinner service. The restaurant - it’s too casual as a canteen to ask for long trousers, to ask that there needs to be ambience. I would suggest music is aligned, some nights we had heavy rock, techno and jazz within 10 minutes (do the staff have control of play lists? It’s not relaxing) and also turn down the lighting in places (outside) Wine was terrible - need a better selection on offer, to buy if needed as it meant there was no alcoholic option for dinner. Only other - further up the beach in the white umbrella griffid area, beach staff said the loungers were only for that particular griffid hotel…whereas in the area outside our hotel was mixed with griffid guests so full. Need to make clear if it’s all areas or one and if it’s all, communicate to those hotels. Better towel service needed and please turn off the loud music by the pool :) Lifeguards - no-one paying attention

Lovely hotel overall and some staff were brilliant (front desk reception, kitchen staff, cleaning, some waiting staff) all inclusive was a logical option as there were no/limited good restaurants nearby. Food choice was generally great. Modern, very very clean Little cake place was lovely. We didn’t have issues with sun beds as others mention. Pool was spotless

Pool could be cleaned more frequently. In the evening/night shows it could be quite loud even in the room. It is weird that no ice cream served after 17:00 and no food is available between 11:00 to 12:00 when the hotel is considered ultra all-inclusive

Nice staff. Hotel is very comfortable with young children 1-6 years old. Great combination of access to the beach with a pool is great.

My minor gripe is that the main bar is more of a place to simply be served your drinks - it's not particularly inviting to stay and drink a few cocktails. I don't know if this is deliberate but it doesn't have a bar feel, in terms of seating plan, maybe some bar snacks, mood lighting etc. It was fine for us and we took a cocktail up to our room and sat on the balcony.

I requested the room we had last year and the hotel staff kindly accommodated the request which was a really nice touch.

The hotel is very nice, perfect location and modern rooms. Good food and drinks. Even if we had a miss understanding with the parking at the beginning, the hotel stuff did everything in their power to make us feel welcomed and solve the issue.

Spacious large rooms with amazing pool and sea views. All the facilities were sparkling clean. Everything was luxurious, clean and top standard. The staff and personnel were very kind, friendly and helpful. The food and drink options were great. The breakfast, lunch and dinner had variety of great options. I highly recommend!

There are only two things I can really complain about. One is the mini-fridge that makes a lot of noise at night. And if you have rooms that face the road (not the sea) you might have bad luck and be really close to the door that they use to restock and they are very very very loud at 7am everyday.

Everything was as expected, the location is very good,, the food divers as much as possible for an all inclusive, the beach is close, rooms and all hotel is very clean, wifi connection everywhere.

I didnt not like anything. If I had to be picky, I would have liked a greater variety of fish dishes at the evening meal as it tended to be grilled fish as the only option.

From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The staff were helpful and friendly. The team were continually cleaning and restocking. The junior suite that we stayed in was comfortable and well suited to a family of 4. The food choices were good. Good selection of activities for the children if they wanted to join in.
