Pool toilets and lobby toilets weren't clean. Didn't always have toilet rolls in. Went up to the room to use that toilet.. Lifts are very small and very slow.

Most things were great. Room was excellent pool was excellent and clean. Staff were friendly .our room was very nice had a big suite. Big beds very comfy settee .plenty of wardrobe storage. Close to some lovely restaurants. Efficient cleaners. Knocked to see if you needed anything if you were in your room. Fridge in your room air conditioning. Balcony with pool view.

The only thing I didn't like and graded only 9 is the rule that after the bar closes, at 11.00 p.m., all guests are nicely invited by the security guard to go up to their rooms and eventually, go to sleep. One evening, me included and some groups, we were all enjoying our drinks, nobody played loud music on their phones or talking and laughing noisily... still, the security guy showed up and told us cease everything and make ourselves scarce. What am I: a toodler? Nobody schedules me on my money!

The wide area it covers; you do not have the feeling of being "sandwitched" between other hotels. The rooms are so spatious you can throw a party and also have room for other guests. The food, drinks and the pool are great. We had 11 days full of fun and relaxation. Highly recommend it!

Like all “all-inclusives” you can't have great expectations. NEGATIVE: - first of all, the hotel manager should be more empathetic with his own staff and listen to their needs and opinions. Maybe they have better organizing ideas. - the bartenders and sometimes the people at the restaurant didn't show up, they weren't enough when all the people were at the table. Several times I waited for cutlery. - you cannot work with one bartender in as many rooms as you have in a hotel. You always need a minimum of 2. Almost every time i was standing in line for drinks for a long time. - secondly, the hotel does not look like 4 stars but rather like 3 stars. Why, because everywhere else in the hotel was full of dust, starting with the stairs at the entrance from the reception. - the cleaning ladies, let's say they were ok, but while I was on vacation, there were 2 cans and a bottle of water on a fire extinguisher in the hallway. In the rooms they only changed the garbage bags and towels every time, and 2-3 times they used the vacuum cleaner. That’s all. - the toilets at the bar and restaurant are terrible. Dirty things that were not repaired immediately and an unbearable smell. Cleanliness about 0. - gym - meh, I didn't use it but it's not who knows what. - there are not many showers at the pool. The pavement on the floor is miserable, dusty, if you walk barefoot you enter the pool with the dirt. - the sunbeds - there were as many as I could fit... - in the room you have a mini-fridge with ventilation, it doesn't get too cold but it's not something wow. - I had the last 2 noisy nights because of some teenagers who were "fighting" in the hallway and in the rooms at 2-3 AM or 4-5 AM in the morning - yes... they were drunk, but I solved this problem together with the receptionist and the bodyguard. … My last opinion and a recommendation from me: STOP FILLING YOUR PLATE WITH A MOUNTAIN OF FOOD IF YOU DONT’T EAT IT.

POSITIVE: - reception ok, we checked in quickly and when I had a problem, they responded immediately. - the coolest bartenders and very good restaurant people. - the food at the restaurant was good and varied every day. - the price was super. - the room was good, exactly as in the pictures. - the drinks at the bar was very good. - the pool was good. - location, good and quiet. - air conditioning, priceless 😄. Overall I felt very good. It’s more like 3-3,5 star hotel than 4. But very good. The bartenders and the people at the restaurant made me feel good. This is not a "luxury" hotel for people with exaggerated claims. But I will also write about the negative elements.

The coffe was very bad, tasted like water. Also all of the other drinks from the all-inclusive menu were bad. It was kinda far from the beach to be honest. It wasn't very clean.

The drinks are unfortunately terrible. For these I would not give more than one star. If the beer is somewhat acceptable but not the best, the juices and coffee are of the worst quality. Alcoholic beverages are only from local production.

The staff is extraordinarily kind and attentive to the needs of tourists, large and clean rooms, quiet both during the day and night. The food is ok, don't expect many dishes at one meal, but the menu changes daily, so you won't eat the same food for 2 days in a row. But it is not a hotel for those which are looking for extreme luxury and sophisticated foods. Distance to the Sea is approx. 1km to walk. Free parking spots into the front of the hotel. Clean pool area with sun chairs and umbrella.

The stuff was perfect- lovely, very kind, polite and helpful. There was plenty of food which was very delicious. It is so close to the centre.The pool is big enough and very clean.Thanks to all the stuff. Special thanks to Daniela- Restaurant manager, Radka- Front office, Chris-Animator, Halil- waiter. All of you were perfect professionals and lovely people. Our stay was amazing thanks to all of you and not only. All the stuff were amazing. This hotel is really the paradise. This is place that we will come with pleasure again and again. I deeply recommend to all my friends and to everyone. Only one recommendation- for internet- it wasn't strong enough everywhere. May be you can extend the signal with extra technic. But everything else was super. Thank you all for our lovely stay in the paradise.

The fact that we waited almost 2 hours in the lobby for the registration and even after that our room still wasn't ready.

Ladies on reception and cook not nice. Can't say thank you, goodbye, good morning. They behave as if they were working as punishment. English is not very good for the staff. The young cook, restaurant cleaners and the gentleman at the bar were very friendly !! They save a good reputation for service. We booked a room with a king size bed (we made this special when booking), we got a room with two single beds. The staff said they don't have the room we booked ... The room ruined our stay. There was a leaking sewer in the toilet, water was pouring out of the pipe and it smelled very bad. We reported a fault. Fixed pouring water and that's it. The bad smell was on. We had to sleep with the balcony open as that was how it smelled. The only advantage of the hotel is the great swimming pool with sun loungers. You will always find a place for yourself. It is clean and pleasant. There is a clean nice lobby, restaurant and quiet location close to the center. Food a bit monotonous, no seasoning and very greasy. On the plus side - lots of fruit and fresh vegetables. Lots of sweets. Good beer and fresh pizza straight from the oven. We would like to come back with our families, but we don't want to have a bad room again. Recommendable hotel for its swimming pool and bar, once again greetings to the bartender.

Where can i start? The toilet seater was broken, in the shower you could wash your feet from the door. The mosquitoes door doesn’t stay shut and if you want to leave your balcony door you have to wake up the next day with thousands bites. The food was similar every single day, sometimes not even cooked enough! The taste of fizzy drinks and alcohol was awful we couldn’t enjoy them for sure. Bad stomach and throwing all along the holiday. Regardless the all inclusive for which we paid more than 1000 lev we were forced to eat out most of the time. Definitely not coming again!!!

The only thing was the size of the pool and some of the staff was very nice and polite.

Cleanliness is a privilege there. In 7 nights they didn't disinfect the bathroom, they didn't change the bed sheets, no cleaning of the room whatsoever!!

I booked through Booking.com another room and they gave me a completely different room according to the pictures I had seen. the service is very poor, it is not very clean and it is not worthy to spend that money for the service I got.

The receptionist lady will benefit from a bit more positive attitude and smile. We supposed to have a double bed room-had twin(single beds) room instead! Cleaners are doing their best,but place is too big and busy and they can't cover all areas at all times,so some parts looks not very tidy!

The restaurant and bar staff was great, very hard working people, always smiling and trying to make sure you have everything you need 🔝 Food was very good, fresh and tasty 👌
