We didn't have something we didn't really like, but anyone can find something wrong if they really want, even in a 7 ⭐ hotel ;) The only annoying thing was that there were no towel hangers in the bathroom 🛁 not even one, and this was the only minus we can mention.

We had an apartment at the 4th floor, with direct sea view and the view was incredible. We could hear the waves as if they were right in our balcony. Fantastic feeling! The fact that they have private parking is a big plus.

Very kind host, the apartments were ready earlier, so we had early check-in. Very close to the beach, nice view. My mother lost her hat from the balcony on the below terrace, but the situation was solved by the host very quickly. They let us leave the car in the parking after check out, while we were at the beach. Clean apartments, spacious, well equipped, we tottaly recommend it. 👌

The bathroom is quite small for an apartment for four persons.

The location of the apartment is close to the northern part of the Kabakum beach, you can easily reach it in 2 minutes walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, equipped with mostly needed kitchen supplies, fridge, microwaves oven, bedsheets, towels, everything perfectly clean. There are few groceries shops and restaurants around, reachable by walk, but if you prefer to ok by yourself you may not find everything you need (e.g. for fresh meet, fruits and vegetables...) We had a good time, will turn for sure.

Bathroom fixtures should be improved.

AC units in each room. We were allowed to park inside the complex and the host was very nice to us. The view from the balcony was also nice. Had 2 toilets. There was ice ready in the freezer.

Poor wifi - the only minus.

Excellent ! Big apartment with seaview, confortable rooms, fully equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, AC in every room, balcony with sea and beach view. We felt like home, our host was very kind and friendly. Underground parking with surveillance system, building with elevator,2-3 supermarkets in 100m. Was a pleasant journey !

Absolutely amazing view of the sea/beach from the balcony with a 30 second walk to the beach. Beautiful apartment that is furnished with modern furniture and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The owner was incredibly nice and allowed us to check in/out later in order to enhance our experience in Varna. There was also plenty of private parking available onsite.

At that moment they had problems with the Wfi, but the host very nice and borrow a card to use hot spot. I shoud appreciate a drawer in the bathroom and at least one window to open ( it is from construction- UE that all windows closed ), but was the balcony

Friendly staff, they let us check in at 11 even though the policy stated 14, also they've let us checkout late at 13:00 so we've had another beach day. The apartment was squeaky clean and very comfortable, the light in the apartment is perfect, windows surrounds the apartment instead of walls. It was well equipped from all you need in a kitchen to iron, professional hair drier, extra towels, pillows. High speed internet which is a plus. The terrace was huge and well equipped with sun beds, sun umbrella, table and chairs. Will come again for sure.

Nothing I do not like

One of the Best Apartments I have ever been. Clean, comfortable, big, all what you need in the kitchen. Recommend it with 20 from 10 points :) . Very near to the beach 🏖️ 1 minute walking. Around walking in 1,2 minutes you could find market for all you need, restaurants, bars.

There was no place to dry your clothes. Not on the balcony, not anywhwhere. This is a big minus when you travel with babies or kids.

The location is quite far from the center of Golden Sands, but this was something mentioned in the description, though. So read the description before making the reservation. You will need a car to go to the center. Also, the road to the center is very very bad. Of course, the hosts have nothing to do with this, but it's too bad that the municipality doesn't take action. On the 1st night, we had no neighbors, but on the 2nd night, somebody came upstairs and we could literally hear what they were speaking. I don't know if this is applicable to all rooms. We received a room with windows to the main street, which made it a little noisy by night. There are no curtains, only plastic window blinds, which don't make it too dark if you are used to sleeping like this. There was no coffee machine, as was written in the description. Maybe other rooms had.

We spent the first weekend of October in one of the Lex Kabakum Apartments. The host was very nice, she called in advance to set up the details of our arrival and waited for us, even if we came late in the evening. The apartments are pet friendly, which was the most important reason for us. The apartment where we stayed was very clean and had everything you needed for a weekend getaway. There are extra towels available, extra pillows, a hairdryer, a little kitchenette to prepare breakfast, and a small TV, and the beds were comfortable. The balcony is safe for animals, it has glass protection. And is very cosy. The apartment is within walking distance from the beach. There is a very good restaurant very close to the apartment, the owner is very very welcoming and the food is very good and tasty. Because we went in October, it was the only one open, but probably in season, there are many more.

it was a little noisy. we could hear the neighbors talking. The beach right next to the appt, was dirty, and full of garbage.

The appt was clean, big, and well equipped. it has all you need for a stay. outside they have a small patio and playground for kids. We loved that it was right next to the beach.
