The only thing that was missing in our apartment was more cooking supplies, but it was completely acceptable.

The hotel is very modern, at a great location near the beach. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily. The pool is pretty and clean. The breakfast was good and diverse. The coffee from the machines is very tasty. The staff is amazing and always available to help with anything. The gym is also amazing and has everything you need for a good exercise. Would definitely recommend, we fell in love with this hotel!

Fantastic hotel! During my 16days trip in Bulgaria, this was my favorite! Its brand new, modern, clean. The rooms are cleaned everyday, strong wifi, good breakfast, a lot of space for parking, helpfull staff. Rooms have two balconies, but my favorite attraction was a huge swimming pool with a lot of sun beds and jacuzzi function, I spent a lot of time in the pool even at late evening. Hotel also has a gym. If I ever come back to Bulgaria I will definitely book this hotel again!

The room was huge! Very clean, comfortable and tidy. Everyone of the staff was nice and friendly. Everyone was smiling and welcoming! When we settled in our room at the table we found a bottle of champagne and two chocolates as a compliment from the hotel, which made us feel quite nice. We would love to come back!

No coffee machine or kettle for instant coffee in the rooms. No free water. No service at the pool area. No beach or pool towels provided. You’re expected to carry your own which doesn’t suit a hotel of this supposed calibre. Location is on a busy road, but doesn’t affect your stay too much

Brand new hotel, with latest building standards like electronic light operation, and smartTV. Room was spacious and had 2 balconies, albeit the view was nothing spectacular. Bed is comfortable. Free parking alongside the hotel. One of the best fitness studios I have seen at hotel ever, full fledged gym. The breakfast was good and coffee was decent. Restaurant feels upmarket and has a good vibe. The pool area is clean and very usable. Great Wi-Fi. Staff was friendly, shout-out to Georgi at reception.

The only thing that bothered me is the small space parking where guests park intentionally wrong and no one from the hotel staff or security corrected them for the entire stay. Because of that maneuvering in that small space was very difficult. And in one of the two rooms that we stayed in, the bed's bottom was broken.

A hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel had a great pool where I was able to relax and unwind after a busy day. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and I was impressed with the free and fast Wi-Fi that was available throughout the hotel. The customer service was exceptional, with staff who were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good - I loved the variety of available options. And to top it all off, the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the hotel. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would return in the future.

Some of the staff members didn't speak english but they tried their best to help us anyway. The underground parking was a bit crowded and small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym is well equiped, the pool is nice and quite big and the breakfast was good. Free underground parking.

The bedroom had a door to balcony with no curtain which is both disturbing when you are sleeping and uncomfortable when you’re getting out of bed as you feel like everyone outside is watching. Another thing is there were very few plugs and some were too close together or missing from one side of a double bed.

Everything is highly modern and sleek , very clean and nicely designed. Good choice of food for breakfast and things like cocktails. Staff were very nice. Pool was just the right size and had beds to lounge on.

Laundry service would have been a nice plus but was not offered.

Spacious rooms and high service level all around. The hotel facilities are modern and everything was spotless at all times, with all staff (reception, housekeeping, bar/restaurant) being very attentive. We ate several times in the restaurant and had a great stay altogether. As a nice surprise the hotel gym is very well equipped with a large range of machines and weights. It really stands out from all other hotel gyms I have seen.
