They told me that the indoor pool was 25 degrees, in reality, it was much, much colder, I guess it was 20degrees.

The food needs better marking and a bit more variation for those not eating pork or eating vegetarian. The coffee is only instant coffee in the restaurant. There was another guest coming drunk at their room on my floor screaming at 2am and throwing up.

The hotel was very close to the beach, most of the staff was very nice and helpful, the beds are impeccable and comfortable.

Negative: TV set was too small, sunbeds were reserved in advance from early morning or even evening, matrasses on the pool were dirty and not corresponding to sunbeds number.

The restaurant was always crowded and the food was mediocre.

The food needs a lot of improvement. There is less diversity ( almost the same food but maybe cooked a bit different). Also, the quality is very poor: frozen french fries, frozen vegetables baked a bit, the meat has almost every time the same taste ( except the pork which was tasty). The sweets were overly sweet, like pouring sugar over sugar. The drinks are very cheap on the bar, pool bar or mini bar. Maybe it's about the guests, but there are no rules respected: you cantake food in the room, in the pool, on the beach. You can even eat in the pools. If you want to take towels for their pool you need a deposit ( again, it's about the guests more than the hotel).

I liked the staff and the room( apartment ) was big and well equipped. They were so nice and sent a free basket full of fruits ( and a champagne) as my kid is allergic and cannot eat anything cooked there but fruits. Fantastic view from the 10th floor apartment and really cozy beds. The ice-cream is good and the kids pool it's a plus.

The lovely sausages served at dinner would have been nice to have for breakfast!

Animation team doing morning and afternoon games were great. We really liked the variety of food available, always a good salad bar with dips, cheeses and hams. Plus then the hot food counter always changed. Was pleasantly surprised by the food given the reviews we saw, but I suppose some people like to complain!

Pool zone women WC lock wasn’t working. 4th day after total comfort we were missing animation and activities in hotel.

Very noisy on the south side of the hotel because of the music from beach terrace. Any free of charge access to the sunbeds on the beach as expected because of the word "Beach" included in the hotel name.

Clean and spacious rooms. Active animators for the kids, Good variety of food and drinks, but quality of them could be improved! Hard working bartenders, but they could speak a little bit of English and the cocktails recipes.

They could work more on the food part (variety and taste, to be more appetizing) and also hire more people as they are overwhelmed/outnumbered on full season/when the hotel is almost full or full.

The food was not diverse. Also, not so tasty! In a 4 star hotel with SPA and pools, no towels and bathrobes. You could have them only with deposit. The water in the indoor pool could be warmer. You need to pay for the parking.

Some workers make you feel like your a burden. There was musli but no milk, and two out of three days was a hassle to get milk.

Parking is whit paying by day (10 BGN/day). Most of the surrounding entertainment venues were closed at the end of the season. Among all the facilities offered (and there are many), the GYM part was far below expectations. The GYM room is next to the indoor pool somewhere in the basement, an unventilated space, dirty with a lot of dust and cobwebs, dirty, outdated equipment (some even defective or overused). PLEASE CLEAN IT and select the bad equipment to fix/change !!!

The comfort of the room, the food for all tastes, and the location near the beach/sea, were the main reasons that made us choose this hotel for the second time. The staff was very kind and responsive to requests. For those who choose rooms with a sea view, they will not regret it, you will be able to admire a sunrise directly from the balcony.
