Breakfasts can be improved if coffee gets hotter and food gets a bit more variety, such as beans to eggs.

We’ve booked a family room, and it was very nice, spacious and good looking. Recently renovated, too. The staff is amazing, extremely helpful. ❤️ There is a Spanish-themed restaurant at the ground level, which is above all recommendations, it’s just fantastic, i totally recommend visiting it 🫶🏼

Bad internet and old room, only bathroom renovated

We had a reservation for triple room but on the reception they said,that we dont have that room! They give us two single room.

It is a very warm boutique hotel; with classic decoration, a pleasant environment, and staff super friendly always available to answer your requests with a small on their faces. As the restaurant was not open yet, breakfast was simple but all we asked for was delivered immediately. The location is 2 metro stations away from the beautiful center of Sofia, but still a walking distance. We were upgraded to a large size triple room, wonderfully spacious!

the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, well ventilated, very confortable beds, the staff was very nice and helpful, free parking was possible near the hotel, subway station really close, all in all a really good choice :)

We needed iron but it came with a sticky and burned soleplate. Not pleasant and if unnoticed it could've ruin our clothes. We believe that was just an honest moment of small negligence.

Perfect location downtown Sofia, close to and short walk to mall, restaurants, clubs, shops, parks etc. Regular room is decent size and well furnished. We got upgrade to a better room / much more spacious and higher floor/ which was a nice gesture. The place is nothing too fancy or new but well maintained and the staff are very kind. Secure parking is right at the door. We'll be back. Thank you. See you soon!

car parking was poor , no breakfast ready when we went down at 7.30 am even after being told it would be 😡told it would start at 8.30 this was to late for our flight times so no breakfast ☹️☹️☹️

Cozy hotel with an excellent location in proximity to the main shopping street. The room was comfortable and spacious although it can use some renovation. Breakfast was simple but good.

The breakfast was too simple for me, every day the same and no cakes at all.

Very cosy and friendly hotel with nice classical furniture and nice details. The room was spacious, warm and I also had a balcony. The location is perfect, the city centre is reachable on foot but there's a metro station right next to the hotel.

Rooms required some renovation and reparation, lamps didn't work and a a light bulb fell on the tiles in the bathroom when some guests from.above closed the door. They did the clean-up very fast. Noise in the room from guests speaking in the main hall ( at least for rooms from 1st floor). 20-30 minutes walking until city center, but a pleasant walk.

Confortable bed, good breakfast, good size of the room, free parking in the back of the hotel or paid in the street or private one. Shopping mall at 4 minutes walking. Excellent cleaning in the room.

The central heating in the room was not working but there was AC which was used for heating during cold days.

We were astonished by the hotel's interior design. We loved it. The room was for 4 of us and it was spacious, clean and comfy. The staff was very helpful and polite. They helped us when we had to leave earlier, to organize the breakfast before the usual time.

With any old furniture it was slightly worn out.

The design and interior is very unusual and unique. Unlike other hotels. Double room was spacious with enough room.

The bathroom was quite small and taking a shower, unfortunately, involved getting the entire floor wet. A curtain for the shower section of the bathroom MUST be added. The bathroom also did not include a bath, when it should have, if we are to follow the description of the room. The first time we asked for a toiler paper roll on our way out, we were told it's not a problem, but once we returned (many hours later) we found out that one was not brought to the room, which is why we had to ask for that once again. We were asked on the night before what breakfast variant we wanted and were told we also had to select a time when we would go to the lobby for breakfast. On the next day, once we actually came down at the selected time to have breakfast, the staff initially acted as if they didn't have much of an idea that someone was getting breakfast that morning. After they finally brought us the breakfast, they didn't bring us anything to drink until we asked for it specifically. Generally speaking, the person serving us breakfast didn't seem helpful or willing to assist. She didn't speak bulgarian, didn't seem to understand what we were saying and was instead watching videos on their phone. The Wi-Fi coverage for our room was very weak and almost non-existent, except for one specific corner of the room.

The location was great, the room was very clean and pleasant, the breakfast was tasty and the parking was free.
