I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions, bars, restaurants in Plovdiv. I also have to mention Nidal, who was not only helpful but also incredibly friendly. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a traveler passing through. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Plovdiv!

The bed was a little soft for us.

Our host, Nidal, was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! The room had a balcony looking out over the pedestrian area and was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a drink. The WIFI was good and we had a mini fridge in our room. The hotel is in the heart of the Kapana district which is full of independent cafes, bars and shops. Just wonderful!

Location is near the heart of the old city with many eating options close by. Easy to walk to the Roman stadium, the Roman theater, the house museums and the river. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. I highly recomment this hotel if you want small and friendly.

An exceptional location in the centre of Plovdiv in the heart of Kapana creative district just a min away from the architectural old town. The room was so clean and cozy, nothing was missing. There was some misunderstanding regarding parking. Host told us parking is included and he paid the parking and we can just leave car on the place he pointed. But next morning parking controller came to the car and asked us to pay for parking. I am not sure whom to blame but something was definitely wrong with this.

Good comfortable room in the city center, windows are facing street with bars but it is not an issue because windows can be closed and room has air conditioner.

As mentioned in the title - we had to wait too much before staff was able to welcome us and check us in to our room. At first - there was no one at reception and we couldn't get a hold of anyone on any of the provided contacts for the hotel. But after some time of waiting cluelessly - they returned our call and finally came to help us with the check-in.

The location is perfect as it is in the heart of the city's best place for leasure and daily activities.

Have stayed here before and been pleased. This was a different room which was not quite as clean or well-kept. There was a lip balm under the sofa left by a previous occupant, the bathroom door did not close, the decor and fittings looked tired and in need of a little TLC. Outside on the pavement people sat and chatted/drank until into the small hours; lovely if you are doing it, but not so great if you are wanting to sleep.

Location central to cafe-culture and 2 minute walk to the main pedestrianised shopping street and food outlets. The Old Town is very close by, including the Ampitheatre.

we didn't get the room that we had been promised because a small group booked in after us and they wanted our room so they could all be together ... we were put into an apartment away from the hotel in order to accomodate a group that had booked after us..............

Bath plums didn't work and the water stayed long after taking a shower. The fridge and the microwave seemed not to work. There is no actual parking. It is the city blue zone that can be used.

Great top location, very nice apartment, gorgeous terrace. Very comfortable for 3 persons.
