You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

North MacedoniaThe reastorant was not working and we have breakfast to go. 2 sendwiches, one with cheese and one with ham, some cake from the supermarjet, the same all 5 days. Coffee from the machine in plastic cups. I recomended not to pay additional for this. Hotel do not accept pets, please do this with deposit or extra pay, but accept pet dogs.
It is clean, good facilities and good location if you have some work in this part of Sofia.

EgyptOnly two times have proper breakfast, only when tourist's bus was arrived in the hotel. The rest of the mornings was dry sandwiches with one boiled egg packed in a nylon bag. Reapiting daily. The cleaning of the rooms was done very rear.

SloveniaThe first day breakfast was good, self service. The other three days we got breakfast (always the same) in a plastic bag and even coffee in a plastic cup - we were really disappointed. It was not good. This was supposedly due to Covid (but the first day the was no Covid?!). Luckily Lidl is next door.
Everything (except for breakfast) was ok. The parking was good, the staff was nice (english not so good), rooms maybe need some smaller repairs, but in general it was ok. Lidl nearby.

United Kingdomeverything as soon as i entered the premises me and my family started receiving a negative responses as we had parked at the wrong spot but we came here for holiday and received really bad service from the workers. i showed my booking i had done and the payment that i had payed they told me i had to pay again. my car was outside the building and i went to get get some cash for the coffe i had braucht and the workers were following me like i’m a thief while all my kids and things are inside. the room wasn’t clean when we entered there was so much bugs inside and there was a really bad smell. despite all of that i hadn’t complained and carried on with my day until this morning. when i go to ehrtet the restaurant to go have breakfast with my kids as i was entering the breakfast area i had got pushed by one of the workers saying i hasn’t payed. so i showed them on my payment and they spent their time about 10-15 saying i have to pay when i have already payed and they kept denying it so then i told them that i’m going to leave and complain about the service i am receiving as laying hands on a customer is disgusting. i saw other people in there no one had any problems however when it came to me i received really bad disrespect and i reminded them in a customer they ignored it and carried on disrespecting me in front of my kids and i didn’t want to cause a scene as my kids are all minors. my stay was really bad i don’t recommend this hotel it does have a nice view but that’s the only thing

The beds were so comfortable and the staff very friendly. The girls at the front desk spoke English and answered all our questions. I was happy we could buy water (there were also other things available) in the lobby downstairs.

BulgariaThe room smelled of cigarettes but it was classified as non-smokers room. The carpet was burned by cigarettes in many places. It’s first time I face with a breakfast in a package (two sandwiches made from the cheapest products and a waffle (the cheap one of course). When I asked the staff why I haven’t been informed about type of breakfast they told me it’s as information in Booking.com. I checked my reservation and couldn’t find such an information. I can type more about the hygiene, noisy place (the room was on the first floor facing to the bus stop on a main street), the bathroom was really very wasted and all was pour quality. But briefly that is the worst place I’ve booked ever with Booking.com.
The only positive thing was that the mattress and the pillow were comfortable.
