Staff could have been a little friendlier. I felt the hotel catered for the German clients more than English. Minor issue as the stay was great.

Large clean rooms and a decent pool. Beach access is just across the path in front of the hotel. Food was great for a buffet.

The staff was very-very proffesional, and kind, friendly. The food was awesome. The room, and the hotel was well equipped, beautiful. The hotel is in the center of Sunny Beach.

No beach subbeds included. The jacuzzi tub was not heated and it had some tiles missing which looked in complete antithesis with the rest of the hotel.

The cleaning lady's seems to steel from room minibar - in the last day we noticed that all the beverages from the room fridge have gone. We had also some personal things there, so not sure why they've "cleaned" it, :). Anyway, we have not been charged additionally, but just to mention that this is not pleasant. Maybe for hotel administration this will be a good info.

The parking is very limited, which is a concern because there is a lot of towing in sunny beach, so you need a space for your car

There was a very cold pool. There were not designated smoking area, so people smoked just next to us while we had a food.

The location of the hotel. Close to the sea, close to the bazaar and the main street. Food was good in the hotel.

Perfect location - first line, on the Promenade, right next to the beach and at the centre of resort. Spotless clean. The rooms are large and bright, cozy furnished, with very comfortable beds. Amazing sea view. Very good quality of service. Good variety of local and international cuisine food and drinks. I will definitely be back at Neptun Beach Hotel!

My air con didn't seem to cool the whole room, but i didnt complain about this and maybe there was something that front desk could do.

This hotel was pure luxury for me. I requested a sea view room and i got one on the upper floor with a view to die for, I read reviews that hotel catered for mainly Germans and Russians but when i got there over half the guests were from the UK, evening entertainment was a German singer who sang a combination of Europop and English/American classics so it was very good. Staff are polite and friendly and drinks taste good. I stayed all inclusive and i recommend this. It is very close to the beach and the food was amazing, there is something for everyone. I also had an a la carte meal included and it was a nice change. Thank you to the staff of Neptun beach who were mostly very polite and accomodating. I loved the facilities and decor of the hotel as it was very modern and luxurious for me compared to other hotels. I really recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The parking experience is not the best. You will be guided to a nearby parking that only takes cash.

The only minus i can find is the quality of alcohol served for all inclusive. The beer and the white wine are ok, but the cocktails and the strong beverages are extremely low quality - some local unknown brands with strange taste. I strongly recommend avoiding them. They have some other well known drinks for selling in exchange for a fee but when you pay for all inclusive, you expect at least a normal quality for the drinks, not paying extra for it. If they would improve the quality of the drinks, i would give a clean 10.

Very good location, right across the sea. Staff mostly pleasant and helpful. The pool is a nice addition for the lazy ones and for the very hot times of the day. There is a pool bar and the area where you serve food is basically just near the pool. There is plenty of space and the food has an excellent variety - you can definitely find something for your taste. Found some very tasty ones and i got surprised about it. The rooms have a regular size, are clean and have everything you would expect.
