Decor was quite shabby and only one pot and one frying pan for cooking. Not the nicest area but we didn’t feel unsafe even at night.

Located really close to metro station and walking distance to the centre. Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean and we had plenty of hot water. Staff were amazing - quick to respond to messages and went out of their way to help when I left my purse in the apartment. The 70 year old elevator was interesting!

The apartment Is Just as in the photo, nearby the centre of Sofia, you can walk for 15 minutes ti reach Sveta Nedelia or take the metro for One stop. Perfect solution for the price!

Anything big really, apartment was fine There wasn't any tea or coffe for gust what would be nice . There was a capsule coffe machine with old used capsules left inside

Due to weekend Noone was there after receiving. Inspire of giving a contact number Noone responded. Next day when we messaged through booking.com message center they responded. One takes apartment for cooking facilities and we had none.just a microwave and even crockery was for 3 though booking for 4. In the 2nd apartment bedroom are connected. Friends cannot stay together as to go to bathroom you have to cross the other bedroom 😞 for families with small children it may be good And last pillows are too thick, we had to sleep without them

The noise from the old lift and the air conditioning base unit. Perhaps a bin in the bathroom and face/hand towels would have been a nice addition.

The location of the place. Comfortable beds and enough space for 4 people. Welcoming staff., very friendly and kind host. Recommended a nixe restaurant and was very quick to respond to our queries.

It felt like home to us. We can prepare our food ourselves because the facilities provided were enough. Especially when travelling with group of friends, we have to take accounts of everyone’s comfort. We had a very good stay here. Also the view from the windows were just absolutely astounding.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The building is old but the apartments are thoughtfully updated. Ours was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Not much they can do about the wet-room bathroom design, but with a little care, what needs to stay dry can stay dry. Good location for walking or transit. We’d definitely come back!

The staff is nice and friendly, they even speak English.... The apartment is clean and well maintained. The location is a little bit out of the centre. Note: I expect that in apartments there will be sugar, tea bags and even a milk. Most of the apartment's did not have it.

It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we arrived and there was an ashtray in the property despite it being 'no smoking '. I had to buy a scented candle to try to get rid of the smell. Everything over 1.5m was dirty. We found a dried banana in the dirty kitchen cupboard. Very limited utensils and blunt knives. No clear instructions of where to leave the key when vacating property. We couldn't get either TV to work.

The location of the accommodation is fantastic. To start exploring the city, this is the ideal place. The host is so kind that he waited us for 3 hours (Serbia-Bulgaria border took us unexpected 3 more hours) until midnight with his son, said nothing bad about it or us. What an amazing individual 👏 he is. The house offers the visitor unforgettable experience as it was built around 1960-70's. Don't worry about it being old, as the host told me they renovate it every 5 to 10 years. And it seems very well cared and managed. As it is an old apartment, the wooden lift is very interesting. The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. The terrace view is as it is in the photo! Interesting fact : the host, Ognyan, is a medalist from the Munich Olympics!

The pillows were to large and too hard for my liking but this is just a personal preference and may be perfect for someone else.

the host was super friendly and helpful, both before my arrival and by coming into the street to direct me into the parking. The apartment was huge and the facilities great with constant hot water and heating I could control and a great view.
