the bathroom was rather "tired" after the summer season, but I am sure they renovate the rooms before the start of the new season. and the plant in bathroom needs to be watered from time to time.

Not all the light bulbs were working. The fridge is not working. We couldn't open the window at afternoon because the neighbors were cooking and it smelled a lot.

We liked that we had no pay before arriving, our previous host just gave us back the money and we had to find an accommodation for the same night at 3 pm in Varna. We were worried and a bit lost, but this hotel had a very acceptable offer. The room was clean, it had a little bit smell of cigarette, but it was ok. The room was clean, the beds and bed clothes comfortable.

Nice and clean and comfortable for the money I paid, I had a very late arrival, the staff sent me detailed instructions on how to use the late arrival monitor outside. Close to cathedral and the centre. Staff were very friendly and professional. Kettle tea and coffee in the room which was a nice surprise.

Location near the hotel seems like a typical sub-urban area - not good ;) Hotel itself is clean, room was spacy enough, but little bit old-fashioned regarding furniture or fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly.

Everything was fine. The only confusing thing is you should order a breakfast in advance when you arrive to the hotel. On booking.com in the hotel list of facilities a " good breakfast" is shown, however, there is no option to confirm it on the website and it does not come automatically.

From the reception, a nice lady told us that we could park our car around for free... She helped us with that, even though we wanted to park our car in a parking lot for 6 days... we couldn't find such a parking lot, because there was too expensive for us....Thank you madam for everything!!!

The housekeeping staff should be more vigilant when cleaning and think about the guest safety and sanitisation first. Reported it to the reception on check-out hopefully the issue I faced will not be repeated with other guests. I sensed a bit of disbelief from the staff member to who i reported the issue,but I'm genuine about it, also it is my profession to inspect hotels in another country for those problems and I wouldn't just say it if is not true. I really hope this issue will be resolved with the housekeeping team.

Good location. The staff who take care of reservation and room allocation was on top of everything making sure the check-in will be without any trouble as I arrived very late. Thank you for that.

Stairs. If you get the room on a higher level, it could a bit inconvenient (for me - wasn't, it's just an observation). Wi-Fi is a bit spotty.

Quick check-in, nice decor, free water ant tea (or coffee) in the room, comfortable bed. Cosy place in general.

That's the second time I'm booking in this hotel. The first time I didn't have any problems but now- YES. And it's a lit. If u don't want to be robbed DON'T GO IN THIS HOTEL. The reason why I found out when I flight back abroad and start to unpack my suitcase.It was missing some expensive cosmetics and some other cosmetics of my friend who asked me to buy for her. That was definitely the last time I'm booking with that so called "hotel". Next time if some of the staff decided again to robbed be aware with who u r dealing with. Maybe next time will be really serious fir them. Enjoy of all cosmetics. Hopefully u will become more beautiful with them.
