The pillows are very uncomfortable, they are too big, but we were only for one night , so maybe there is an option to ask for another set.

Bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Shower design is without cabin which makes bathroom very wet.

It is nicely decorated facility, clean, well maintained and modern. There's enough spaces to park car. Hotel is in the vicinity of a park, kids playground and restaurants.

I cannot fault anything really

It had a everything you needed, the bathroom and room itself were very clean. sufficient bedding and ventilation. I had paid for breakfast but didnt heve it although there was coffee inthe room.

Shower, the only small minus was the shower. It had only one small glass wall, no door no nothing, But you can clean up with towel afterwards, but that's a small thing.

The room was clean and spacious, staff was really nice, free parking. Breakfast was ok, you can get everything you need. The hotel restaurant is ok.

We had a good experience over all, just a couple of suggestions for improvement: 1. The shower was just in the middle of the bathroom, without any walls or screens around hence, after every shower, the whole floor was completely wet. It would probably be useful to add at least some curtains, if not (better yet) a shower plate; 2. The coffee at breakfast was terrible. We were a little disappointed to learn that we could get a better one, from a proper coffee machine, by paying additionally, even though our room rate was inclusive of breakfast. Finally, if you choose this hotel to visit Plovdiv, its location isn't the best. Unless you have a car or use bus/taxi, the city center is kind of far. Also, although at its back there's a nice big park, it's located on a main road and with a busy go kart right in front of it, hence it does get a lot of noise.

The building itself looks glorious from the outside and it is nice inside, too. The room was big and it had a nice layout with a clever usage of the space and a big window overlooking the main road. The bathroom had a window too, which was nice. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok, with a decent selection of food. There was plenty of spaces for parking and we never had any issues finding a spot.

There was nothing to dislike. Just the hotel is about 2 km from the centre of the city but the girl at the reception arranged a taxi for us.

I stayed there for a night with a friend because we visited the Hills of Rock festival. It turned out that the hotel is quite far from the venue so we went there by our car. The girl at the reception was extremely polite and nice. She explained everything we needed. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was enough. There are enough parking places around the hotel and it was free of charge.

There was no cutlery or crockery apart from cups and saucers and glasses. Our credit cards were not accepted by the card payment machine so we had to pay with cash.

The location was good in that it was easy to get to from the railway station by bus but also within walking distance of the main attractions of the city.

I was warned by booking that the room maybe isn’t renovated. It’s ok. But it wasn’t cleaned at all. The bathroom (the toilet bowl and the sink) and the balcony were very dirty.

Nothing it was old and in the room smells disgusting. No shower gel, and the bathroom was not cleaned.

The sheets were dirty and the room smelled like crap. The staff was rude and the spa wasn’t working. I have never had such an experience and i don’t wish that to anybody. Strongly suggest to avoid that place!!!
