I don't mind plastic cups for day time drinks but they are far too fragile for hot coffee etc.

The food was very good & varied with tons of choice & lots of it. The rooms were big with very comfy beds & crisp white clean bedding. The swimming pool was huge, plenty of sunbeds and a great atmosphere during the day.

Small complains: at the open restaurant, the pasta sauce wasn't that great on two nights of our stay. Also, if you come by car, you are not guaranteed a parking place in any parking lots. We were able to find spots. I don't know if there are enough spots during peak season. But, there is an loading zone for luggages from cars when you get to the hotel.

Summary: great value to price ratio, in great location. I traveled with my 2 year old kid, my wife and my parents. The hotel exceeded our expectations for its price. We booked two Junior Suite rooms, which were very roomy. The hotel's restaurant, snack bars, pools and a la carte restaurant were really great. The private beach is very close. We also really loved the shows that start at 20:00, which are great for kids and parents as well, the fact that there are great trees in the courtyard of the hotel which provide natural shade, but there is also sunny places along the pools. We also appreciated the location of the hotel, being very close to both the beach and the center of Sunny Beach. The parking lot are really close to the hotel, the farthest being 25-30 metres to the back entrance of the hotel. As a side note: you might be able to find better hotels in Sunny Beach, but we could not find any that were similar to the value to price ration of this one. We would come again at the same hotel.

It was a good vacation. Free drinks on the beach were provided. Also, there are different tematics in evenings in the restaurant. Everyone were very kind and helpful. The staff from reception were professional and also the Guest Relation Manager.

I didn’t liked the fact that many guests occupied the chairs at the pool and they left to the rooms to get some sleep and other people who wanted to stay at the pool hadn’t a spare seat! I believe that it was needed a post from the hotel to inform tge guests that everyone should have the chance to stay at the pool. I even saw a family ho had 4 chairs on every part to move around the sun, that was not nice!

The reception was bad, bad additute coming from staff members, bad attitude from the parking guy Not that good taste of the food They told us there s a bar at the beach, and show me a paper with a picture of it, and when i arrive at the beach it wasn t that one :)))) it s was a bar ish near it, like a cube with water and beer :))

Over 6 days , cleaning service was superficial, and sheets + towels never changed. They usually came early in the morning, and if you were still in the room, only the garbage was taken, but there no cleaning afterwards. The draining from the pool had a powerful smell of urine in the last 2 days of our stay...of course, not the hotel's fault that some people are not civilised, however, the situation should have been solved.

Liked proximity to the beach. Overall quiet and comfortable, food was ok.

Our family vacation at Asteria Family Hotel was a blast! The staff, especially Front office manager Velina Petkova, were incredibly helpful. We requested a comfy bed for our child (not a sofa bed!), and they made it happen immediately. From the spacious room with a pool view to the delicious food (huge thanks to the Turkish chefs!), everything exceeded expectations. The à la carte restaurant staff, led by Dimitar Dimitrov, and bartenders like Djem and Pavel ensured every meal and drink was a delight. The location was perfect – close to the center but quiet, and just a short walk to the private beach. Asteria Family Hotel gets top marks for amazing food and comfort, and a staff that goes the extra mile!

the sunbeds at the pool were reserved by some guests as early as 6 in the morning or the night before. while they went to the sea and kept them busy, empty. the place set up on the beach needs to be taken care of because during the entire stay no one cleaned it and you could find dozens of bottles, glasses and cigarette butts in the sand.

One unpleasant thing is that we were misled at the reception about additional à la Carte restaurant dinner and we were informed that there are no seats in the restaurant. So you need to order this dinner as soon as you arrive!

Our stay at Asteria Family Sunny beach hotel was memorable and unique. The room was great, spacious, adapted to be with children. The cleaning staff was excellent, the rooms, towells were cleaned every day. Bartenders were just excellent, best feedback and wishes to the animation team, they create unforgettable atmosphere to our holidays!!! The food selection were diverse, fresh and delicious. Everything excellent!!!
