The 2 apartments we got were on the other side of the building from each other but this might have been because we booked very last minute so they were the only ones left. Everything was perfect apart from that!

I stayed for the weekend with a group of friends and everything about our stay was exceptional! Hristina was an amazing host, and so helpful and friendly. The apartment was lovely, incredibly clean, very spacious, and it had everything we could possibly need to cook, clean, relax, and even play games. We were very pleased and will definitely come back. The apartment is in a very convenient location as well, only a 10 minute walk from everything.

A lovely well appointed property in a great location. Just under 10 minute walk to the main Gondola and into the town centre. The apartment was really spacious with everything you could wish for. In particular the owner Kristush could not have been more helpful. 10/10 for me. Looking forward to next year already!

The location was great, very close to the ski slopes and very comfortable. We were able to fit 5 people without any issues and our host was great. She was very attentive to our requests.

Hristina is an excellent host, the apartment was phenomenal. Everything you need is in the apartment and even more. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. Warm, clean and tidy. The rating is 11/10

Everything was amazing. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The host was extreamly friendly. The apartment is about 10 min walk from the lift/gondola. We will deffinately book it again! Highly recommended!

The restaurant and spa were not functioning during our stay.

Very hospital owners. They met us at the time agreed , and also used their car to reserve us a parking space. We booked two apartments, both were perfectly clean, and kitchen were "over equipped" with all possible modern convenience.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment with our family of five at the end of September. Excellent location, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. This place is situated near a plethora of hiking trails, allowing to explore beautiful surroundings. The hosts were truly exceptional, very kind, helpful and always available for every question or request. The apartment itself is very comfortable and cozy, the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything to prepare simple meals. The separate living room, with its own door, is a great asset for families like ours. It allowed those who were sleeping there to enjoy privacy and quiet while the others continued to enjoy the common areas. We highly recommend this place!

The one-bedroom apartment was clean, warm, comfortable and very well equipped. We were travelling with a young baby so it was great to stay in an apartment that had everything we needed. The kitchen, although small, was very well equipped, it has everything you need to make a variety of meals. We cooked nearly every day and were impressed with that was provided. Check-in was very smooth and communication with Hristina was great all through the stay. Internet was good and everything functioned well. I’ve stayed in lots of apartments in Borovets but none with as many thoughtful touches as this. From the baby crib and toys there were provided, to the coffee pods and spices available in the kitchen. These little things helped to make the whole experience very enjoyable.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The apartment was excellent, had everything you might need, really warm, modern and great location. There are 2 very spacious bedrooms with large beds, room for a cot and a big bathroom. The shower was brilliant. We needed parking so very convenient to have free parking right outside the door. The hotel has a small restaurant at reception, which was handy for when we were too tired after skiing to go out for dinner. The host was amazing, she communicated in advance, and provided more than what we needed. Can't wait to go back.

There was no downside, we loved out stay!

We had a fabulous stay in Borovets at the Petkovi Apartments. Our host was incredibly helpful and gave us some great local tips of things to do (given there was no snow and we were planning to ski). The apartment was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. We loved having the well equipped kitchen so that we could stay in and cook. The bathroom was also gorgeous and perfect for a hot shower after a day hiking in the mountains. The apartment is located in a great spot, a short walk from all the restaurants and the ski slope/gondola but far enough away to feel peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Not so much didn't like but just to add it is a 10/15 min walk to the slopes if you have young kids etc. Better places to eat outside than in the lobby.

The apartment is absolutely superb and has everything you need in it. Beds are comfy and the heating is easy to use. The host Hristina met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful.

Very cozy apartments. Clean, warm rooms, new furniture, with all you need for a nice stay and for feeling like home. The center is at max 10 minutes slow pace walking. Hristina, the host, was very nice and prepared everything for us. The star of the building is a nice cat, which is walking through the halls. She even visited us one eveninig, entering uninvited in the apartment :-)

I like how well kept the flat is! With its modern furnishing and super king size bed, it's definitely a place to temporarily call home. I'd highly recommend it to anyone!

the pool and spa are under renovation (which was mentioned on the description). We are looking forwards to come back and have them ready for use.

we have high standards and requirements and we attend to the smallest details. I can say this is a rare find that has absolutely everything, from the smallest to biggest details. it’s convenient for sleeping with comfort, having your morning coffee on one of the two balconies, and cooking your meal. there is a stream running next to the apartment so you can enjoy the view, nice chill breeze and the white noise of water that will help you fall asleep. its it is spacious enough and well designed. We really felt like at home! The host was friendly, thoughtful, and she really made us feel welcome.
