I would have liked to have an extra drying wrack. We were 6 people and there were a lot of towels and bathing suits to dry. We used the chairs on the balcony and the railings.

It was not the first time for us at Premier Fort. The apartments are spacious and clean. We also had a nice view over the sea. The meals were good and we had enough options to choose from. The beach is not that wide but we did not have issues finding a spot. I like the fact that there is a lean slope when entering the water, so it's suitable for children.

The floors in the apartment were not so clean, they don’t have carpets. The staff is not friendly or nice at all! They never smile! In our last day, we had to leave the room at 12.00. Our small kid was still sleeping and the ladies who wanted to clean the room just entered and started cleaning with us there. It was 12:10! I considered this very rude! The beach is very nice, but you have to pay extra for beach beds and umbrellas, the hotel does not cover these.

The hotel is great, the pools are perfect for both children and adults, the food is very good. The apartment we had was big, confortable for 4 people. The activities for kids are also very nice!

- The girls clearing the table are annoyingly “agile”. They asks if we finished eating in less than 50% of the occasions and one of them, in front of us, literally took the plate from my child’s hand! - Large water mattresses should be banned in swimming pools. Some of them are so big that only 3-4 can cover the pool. The Sea is for these… - It would be nice if the hotel offered some sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach as well.

With one sentence we could not chosed any better place :) you have a Supermarket in the complex, cosmetic saloon, an excellent restoran a la carte with reasonable prices, cleaning of your room every day etc,

The rooms we had (on the fifth floor) were really hot in the morning. We could sleep well past 6 in the morning when the sun rose only if we turned on the AC.

Room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The pool was nice and we could always find free sunbeds although it was quite busy. There are supermarkets and pharmacy nearby and beach is a 5 mins walk. Stuff was really helpful and polite.

Room furniture is new but cheap and has already started to fall apart (shower sprays water from tubing). The cleaning staff is under average. Our beds were not made, trash wasn’t thrown out, coffee cups left dirty. The only way to know they were even in the rooms was because the towels were changed. It’s OK if that’s all they are told to do, but would be nice to know beforehand. Studios come with a stocked kitchen but no sink so you have to wash any plates or cups in the bathroom (very poor sink design).

Spacious rooms with nice balconies. The a-la-carte restaurant is wonderful. Staff is very friendly. Lots of parking spaces. The local supermarket is very convenient. Would visit again, but in a better room option.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. The description of the hotel states that you can play tennis, but that is incorrect, you can actually play table tennis. The parking is a big plus but it looks like a desert, they should plant some trees, it is not expensive and it is much better to park your car in the shadow.

We enjoyed the pool with the water slides, good meal and we liked that the hotel is very close to the beach. It is great that the parking has a lot of space as parking can be a big issue in the larger area like in Sunny Beach for example.

The food. Especially the breakfast was not ok. They use the same bread as the one from the day before, the cereal is mois, they do not respect what should be refrigerated and what should not be (biscuits as an example turn moist if put in the cold section). Baked goods were not risen, the pastries were flat and not cooked well. Overall the products used were of very poor quality, the type that one would not buy at home so you would not expect it served in a hotel. I did not like having to stay in line for coffee. They only have two dispensers. And it was clearly not enough.

Very clean! Indeed they take very good care of the property. The animation team puts a lot into it. The gardens, very well maintained. The pool, beautiful and the kids pool the same. Overall it was very pleasant. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed also daily.

1. Our refrigerator smelled like fish when we arrived, in a couple of days the smell was gone, probably the people who stayed before us left there some fish. But yeah, was a little uncomfortable 2. The bathroom facilities where never replaced. The shower gel/shampoo was done in a couple of days and we had to buy another from the supermarket nearby. Probably if we told something to the reception, it would make a difference, but I don't think things like that should be said, it should be replaced because yeah, that's how things work 3. Sometimes, in the evening, the lounge place was super crowded, like super super crowded, but there was food for everyone

Beach super close, a little small but we found place anywhere, even on the free zone or paid zone (24 Leva for 2 sunbeds all day) 4. Enough parking places, didn't have to search a whole day :) 5. Had a massage done and the lady was just a goddess, thank you :) 6. Enough sunbeds for everyone in the pool area, but you had to be there at the latest 10o clock (in the morning)

I could not find any fault

I liked everything, from location to food, entertainment, people smiling all the time. It's a very clean hotel, quiet , we had park view and it was execelent. They have doctor, supermarket and other shop so if you need something, most likely you will find it here and no need to leave around. The gardens are gorgeous, so the paths to the sea, lovely arranged. Most likely we will return here.

Even though the room was clean when we arrived, during our 10-day stay, no more thorough cleaning was done. we had to call the front desk after 7 days to change our sheets. also, the empty shower gel container was never replaced. We had to call the reception every time we wanted a new one and it was pretty disturbing. considering that we were traveling with a child, we had an extra bed in the room (a sofa bed) which was in a pretty bad condition. Although we encountered these two small inconveniences, our stay was a pleasant one and overall I would recommend the hotel.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is a good choice. Very close to some pretty small and intimate beaches, the hotel offers all the facilities in order for you not to leave the resort. The food was diverse and very good. The staff at the restaurant was always very nice. The resort was clean and nice.
