We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

UkraineThere is a restaurant on the ground floor and it would be perfect if they served breakfast for additional payment. But for the price you pay this variant is really perfect.
The staff was very friendly, our room was clean and nice and we had everything that we need in our room. Also what is important it was quiet there, we didn’t hear neighbours.

SerbiaOur room was on a busy street and facing east with no blinds, so sleeping in was not an option. The hotel/restaurant didn't offer breakfast, which was unfortunate as there aren't many breakfast options nearby. The WiFi was spotty at best in our room (it was better in the garden), so don't rely on it for more than the very basics.
The room was very spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. The bed was large and extremely comfy. The parking was right next to the hotel and was reasonably priced. The restaurant had some nice food (and guests get a 10% discount), especially the pizzas made by an Italian chef. The garden it is in was a very pleasant place to hang out. The beach was a 5-minute walk away.

United KingdomMy only criticism is the lack of cleanliness. Our room wasn’t very well cleaned when we first got in, but it wasn’t very well cleaned on the subsequent days either. The room was set for 3 adults as well even though we were 4 and we found ourselves asking for toiletries and toilet paper as that wasn’t stocked either. The cleaning lady seemed nice even though she only spoke Russian and we couldn’t understand each other, I don’t know if she has any help and maybe she needed it but the apartment wasn’t clean at all, mostly the bathroom floor really needed it The WiFi was very poor at our room as well and it would’ve been nice to have at least a fan in the bedroom as the AC was in the front room and we couldn’t get much of it at night 😊
The staff were absolutely exceptional, very considerate of us and our baby. We received a baby cot, we received a room with a garden view as we requested, we checked in on time and with no issues whatsoever. The apartment was lovely with a feel of two separate rooms if it’s for two couples, it’s fantastic. The large double bed was superb and very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was great, food was lovely and you always get a discount. Staff were fantastic and whenever we were sat near a speaker, they always asked if they should lower the music so our baby can sleep. Truly impressed by the level of professionalism everyone showed. Even though our apartment was over the restaurant, the music wasn’t loud and it was turned off on time.

Czech RepublicThere are many technical issues in this hotel. No workink AC in one room, problem with water and no working fridge in another room. The wifi is week in the whole place.
The staff is really friendly. Its close to beach and on the stop to old city Nesebar. The hotel restaurant is nice, they offer daily menu for 10 BGL.
