The tv didn't have a remote, or we could not find it. Either way we didn't really plan to watch it.

The apartment is quite spacious. We had straightforward access to it. There was a huge balcony with a nice view. Showers were good with plenty of hot water. Airconditioner was working correctly. Fridge had plenty of space for beers. We had everything that we needed. It was easy to communicate with the host, they even accepted special requests.

The whole shower should be changed, it is kinda of rusty and old.

There was nowhere to hang the shower head in the shower cabin, so one hand is always occupied with holding it. The windows didn't have fly nets, unfortunately. And we didn't have separate towels in the kitchen and bathroom, so we used our own shower towels.

Location is fantastic and the apartment managers were great. There is a wonderful sea view from the balcony! Air conditioning works well, the apartment has pretty much everything you need. And the furniture in the bedroom was gorgeous :)

We were on the 1st floor so the sea view was not that clear due to shade on the street. the apartment was not that much clean, so this is the area where they can improve.

The pool was not working when we were there, which wasn‘t a major issue for us, but it could have been communicated before.

Very nice apartment, a stone‘s throw from the beach and with a great sea view balcony. Every room had AC and there were two bathrooms. The owner was very friendly and responsive. When we locked ourselves out, he helped us open the door without any issues. Also personally took us to the airport in the middle of the night for a fair price. In a quiet area at night, but only a few mins walk from the party area.

The kitchen facilities were really basic, though we appreciated the fridge and kettle. No idea how to work the air conditioning in the living room where the sofa bed was as the remote was all in Japanese. However, the AC unit in the bedroom was brilliant. I found navigating Golden Sands in the car initially very tricky, but once we found the right car park, it was really straightforward.

The location was great and easy access for the beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. We also used the Sea View discount at Restaurant Parmy (I think)where the food and service were fantastic. Was great having a washing machine in the apartment an the shower was really powerful. The balcony was also awesome and thank goodness for the soundproofing, it really blocked out the party atmosphere of the promenade to help us sleep! Victor who met us to handover the key was really friensly.

Only thing that needs replacing in the room we've stayed is the front door and/or front door lock, as it's been damaged in the past and repaired.

Excellent location, splendid sea view, beach proximity (~100m away from the beach). The area is very peaceful and quiet at night, therefore you can rest well. 24/7 convenience store just across the location. The host was very kind, responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately pretty much everything was closed off season, but we knew about that, so it`s ok. No grocery store nearby walking distance, only driving about 15 minutes.

Location is awesome, right in the middle of Golden Sands, close to everything. Unit was nice and clean, with a balcony and beautiful beach view. Host was really friendly and accommodated all our requests in timely manner. We would love to come back in the high season to feel the Golden Sands vibes.

I can not say anything bad about! Everything was in all right! Maybe an exception, you have to pay for parking, which is 15 Bgn/day.

It's been our first Bulgarian trip, the place is wonderful, the beach is 2 min far away from the hotel, the water is clean, the room was clean and big with every kind of facilities you need. There are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets along the beach, you are able to spend your holiday exciting! The hospitality has been kind, Drago and his wife are very kind and helpful. I think we are going back in the next year, too!

The pull out bed didn't have enough cushions to make the bed. The furniture on the balcony is old, broken and very uncomfortable. The shower holder was broken so you have to hold the shower head. I would return to a different apartment but not this one again. We have stayed in another apartment in the same complex which was better.

The view from the apartment is lovely. 1st line sea view. It is also on the main strip so nice to sea everything going on day and night. The apartment has everything you need.
