NetherlandsThe decoration of the room lacks atmosphere. The room was clean but there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling.
I forgot to ask for two seperate beds in my booking, which was my fault. But within 20 minutes they changed the beds in our room, without charging anything extra. The room itself has a very nice view on the mountains and the hotel is a good base for hikes in Central Balkan National Park.

I loved everything about the hotel it was very clean, the room was spacious, the staff in the hotel and the coffee shop was so nice and hospitable. The room was clean all our needs were met. The room had iron, ironing table and hair dryer. Outstanding!

1. Our room: This is an hotel with separate rooms. Our room was quite big, well furnished, clean. We had an balcony and private bathroom. 2. Cleanliness: Very good. Everything was clean 3. Heat/Air-conditioning: There were heater/air-conditioning. There was always hot water in the shower. 4. Equipment: there were soaps, shampoo. There were towels to use. In the "kitchen" part was kitchen, small fridge, electric kettle,coffee and tea. There were no hair dryer. 5. Contact with host: Quite good. But the host doesn't speak English.

United States of AmericaWe had a supposedly non-smoking room but there was a very present smell of cigarettes, even after airing out the room for some time. The wifi was also not working for one of the nights.
The location is very central. It is a five minute walk from the true center of the town and very close to shops and a market. There was also street parking on the street next to the hotel.
