What could be improved, is that the hall -livingroom is a bit too dark - it was hard to see what's in the kitchen cupboards, for example. Also during the day, window blinds were not move-able. But some people might prefer it darker.

Very comfortable and stylishly decorated, perfect for a night-in. Or if you want to be really based in Sofia's center as the place is 3 mins away from Serdika metro station. You can easily access a supermarket: Lidl is 4 mins away, some of the most modern new brunch and cafe spots are located also nearby. We did a self-checkin, really convenient. There's a big parking that is something really hard to find when you are staying in Sofia center.

As the shower doesn't have a complete cabin, the whole bathroom gets wet after taking a shower.

Great location and facilities (including free parking, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen) in the city center. The apartment is big, clean and nicely decorated. Even though there is no reception, instructions to enter the apartment were clear.

Perfect location, very clean, with everything you can need even for a longer stay. Elevator, park place - just everything you can wish! And with a very modern furniture, 2 TV in two rooms, 2 air-conditions and even a small terrace to a quite street with a best French family restaurant in Sofia. The service is excellent - whole day long for a fresh towels, etc.

Faucets, toilet and towel racks were faulty. Hangers were falling off. The taps and toilet flushed. The sanitary ware in the sanitary unit is new, and all repairs have been made, but it is done poorly and it is unpleasant. An uncomfortable sofa that can be folded out, but only one person can sleep on it.

Good apartments in the center of Sofia. Everything is within walking distance. Convenient free parking for a car. Elevator for access to apartments. Comfortable bed. Good for stopping with children even for a long time. The apartment is spacious enough.

The apartment is Close to the city center. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it looks like a safe zone around the place. Most important for us was a parking place inside the yard. In the living was an extensible coah but they have a Dormeo topper for it, wich was awesome. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is very clean wich is rare.

In apartment number 2, the glasses were not all from the same set, being like one glass from 4 different sets. Only one towel was provided for each person. TVs are not smart.

Location was great. Just 5-10 minutes walking distance to many touristic places. Accomodation was vey good. Just one suggestion: A small second pot for cooking would be greatly appreciated. Apart from this everything was great.

Just a few minor things requiring attention, but nothing major really (loose or missing hooks in the living room and the bathroom, loose tap in the bathroom). You can hear incoming planes every now and then - the apartment is very central and far from the airport, but it seems to be on the approach route to Sofia (it didn't bother us much though, just thought it'd be fair to mention it).

Spotlessly clean, nice space, great location, well equipped with everything you would need for a few days stay, well maintained common areas in the building (that's not self-evident in Sofia), very responsive and helpful host. We had a great stay.

No netflix or other online apps like amazon prime could be activated on either of the 2 TVs. A big sign in English stating the name of the property would be usuful to be displayed on or beside the glass entrance door or use a sidewalk sign, as i followed the house number as per booking.com property address and it leads you through the carpark into a dirty building with a staircase which has nothing to do with the apartment, the hall was full of old kitchen appliances, no lift etc....so first i thought i was scammed. I had to call the owner to ask where the entrance was, she was very helpful and directed me to the right entrance door. The shower curtain could do with a good wash, it was orange, not white.

Although is walking distance to main street Sofia it does not feel safe. Difficult to enter apartment and parking lot since lot is blocked for safety.
