The rooms weren't soundproofed that well, so you could hear the guests in the adjacent rooms and in the hallways at all times, and although the hotel wasn't busy during my stay, the few other guests were incredibly loud very late into the night.

The facilities were lovely, the breakfast - rich and the sauna was great too, never too busy or crowded.

Non functionallity of some items in the room - broken doors of kitchen and living room elements.

Amazing food - both breakfast and dinner. Stuff was more than kind and pleasent.

The indoor pool is relatively small packed with guests most of the day, and we visited off-season.

Large and spacious room with everything you need. The sofa bed was comfortable, but will not fit two adults.

Really weird schedule to clean the rooms - everyday the cleaning ladies interrupted my afternoon naps between 2pm and 3pm, and this was extremely frustrating. Maybe management can review this and change those hours to earlier ones. They also re-visited again before 4pm and 5pm every day to ask if I've used anything from the minibar, so I had to say "No, thank you" every afternoon. Also, the bald male host in the restaurant always behaved like I am some intruder or a criminal trying to sneak out a meatball or something. Asked me "Didn't you have breakfast already?" even thou I only had 1 cappuccino every single morning. He could have been more observant and a bit more polite.

St.George was pretty good! ROOM: My room was better than I expected after reading some negative reviews about old dated furniture - my room was exactly as on the pictures shown, even more spacious. It was on the ground floor with a nice terrace, overlooking the green backyard with no other hotels in adjacency, it was so quiet! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There even was a coffee machine (paid coffee & tea). SPA: The pool was small and shallow but was always warm and clean. Managed to use it while most of the other guests were having dinner or right before closing time (9pm). The relax zone and saunas were good. The massage by Nadya was also nice. FOOD: The restaurant was comfortable, food was delicious! I loved it! I tried all salads on the menu and can recommend the green one with goat cheese and caramelized walnuts. Cappuccino & espresso from automated coffee machine were surprisingly good. LOCATION: That's the last hotel currently on a street where half of the buildings are not yet completed. A bit isolated, but I enjoyed this as a total advantage since it was quiet around. STAFF: Overall they were always polite, friendly.

The spa was overcrowded on Sunday, but ok on the other days. The sofa in the room I felt it was not that clean. I put one of the bedsheets on before sitting on it.

The breakfast was really good! The room was big with big windows with a view to the mountains. Very comfortable. Big modern bathroom as well.

    1. Awful pillows, we had 5 and all of them were bad. 2. The cleaning of the room during the stay was not very good. Just severe. 3. No tea or coffee for free in the room. You should pay for every single tea bag. Not nice.

The kitchenette is only for show, as it didn't even have a plug. When we asked to use a microwave because the room was not equipped, they were extremely reluctant to let us use it for outside food. This put me off.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was comfortable, easy to get to the ski slopes and a great spa with different treatments. Great breakfast and a good (paid) dinner buffet. The pool was a perfect place to relax.

There was too much chlorine in the swimming pool. Staff are being a bit too fast when it comes to empty plates (I guess it’s a management thing).

Very clean, great location, great staff. Breakfast was very nice. We had a nice mountain view and the room was comfortable and big enough for a 4-member family. Spa was good too.

The sheets on the bed weren't the right size for the bed itself! So it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on as the sheets would get crumpled every night because they weren't tucked in properly. The area around the hotel also leaves a lot to be desired. There are a load of abandoned and derelict buildings which make the area look like an active war zone. I'd recommend staying in the old town which is much nicer and more picturesque.

There was a great selection of food for breakfast including hot food, fruit, cereals, pastries etc. The hotel has a pool, sauna, steam and hot tub, however it gets very busy and there were lots of children there when we were staying which wasn't very relaxing.

The pool area was very slippery and the floor was dirty. The cleaners only left towels and checked the Minibar but didn't do much more. You had to pay for the tea and coffee left in the room as well. The kitchen was not well equipped, we had only one glass.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfasts had a good variety and was tasty. The rooms were spacious. The beds were very comfy and the room was well heated.
