Unfortunately the price of the breakfast was extremely expensive and wasn’t really worth the money. I couldn’t eat a lot of the stuff that was put out so was very disappointed with that.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. I loved everything about it. The room was extremely clean had everything in it that we needed plus more, the bed was to die for was so comfy. The bathroom was spotless and so spacious, the shower was huge and bath even bigger. We ate in the Mexican restaurant and it was delicious. We also ate in the pool bar and there was nothing to complain about at all. The pool was so clean and very well maintained. Above all else the stuff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Always happy and smiling. I loved everything about this hotel and experience. Thank you so much for everything.

The service at the pool bar was slow and they got my order wrong twice Could not figure out how to turn off all the lights in the room

We were unwittingly 'upgraded' to a room without a bath. I love a bath. The aircon, despite being set to 23 degrees, kept the room at 19 degrees (my alarm clock has a thermometer), we were freezing. The aircon thermostat has bright red lights next to the bed which are impossible to cover. The curtains are black out but light seeps around the sides. The 'luxury' room was very small and had a shower with a shower curtain and a rain shower only. Shower curtains are definitely not luxury (however clean they are) and rain showers are really tricky for those wanting to keep their hair dry. There was a lot of traffic noise late.

The history of the hotel, the location. The non smoking 10th floor doesn't smell of smoke at all. Our room felt newly decorated. The bed was comfortable with a nice natural light weight duvet.

Can't really say there was anything I didn't like. Service, courtesy, cleanliness were all very good

From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. Must mention Jithu Varghese, every time he's around everything seems to go well.

Health club.. it needs more attention.. Although the guy was trying his best .. The small of food from AlWaha is in all the lobby ,

Hotel is expensive for the offered services and facilities. Crowded swimming pools with poor and expensive services. There is not enough parking lot for the number of guests requiring us to park in a parking building far from the lobby. Promised amenities (iron, hair dryer) provided only after requesting.

Beatiful hotel, good location, good breakfast; restaurants, cafés, pubs nearby. Nice view from the room, good bathroom, comfortable bed. Very beautiful swimming pool area.

Some things in the bathroom were of not very good quality like i can say the property is very old so a little but maintainence is required though it’s well maintained overall but many items need to be upgraded or replaced .

i didn’t take the breakfast option but otherwise the room was very good and the location was superb n quiet , hotel lobby was excellent n spacious .

Although the hotel is listed as non-smoking, the smell of cigarettes gets into the room via the A/C system. I am very allergic so not a good experience.

Our room was renovated, but the others weren't, so I hope they renovate more of the rooms.

Firstly, the location is great if you want to walk around to find good food nearby. Some of the best restaurants are right around the corner. In general, the hotel seems a bit dated, but the location, staff and amenities are great. What was exceptional was the management's willingness to accommodate a booking mistake. That is the most important part to me, as it shows they are committed to their guests.
