Its a nice hotel but very outdated. It claima to have a bathtub, but its more a tub with a shower. Wouldnt ever use it as a bath though. Furthermore, when we stood in the bath it felt as if we could almost fall through it. Very old bath

The room is showing its age, cracks in various bathroom facilities. The room was located outside a stairwell with a staircase light on all night, that makes sense, but our room had a large window to this light with inadequate curtains to stop the light shing through all night leaving the room in semi-darkness, you needed eye shades to sleep.

The room was spacious, staff were helpful, breakfast was good. It had a bath.

My room was simply huge with big windows and incredibly comfortable. The city center is at walking distance away and so is the nearest stop of the teleferico.

Breakfast was a "standard Bolivian hotel breakfast"; fruit, fruit juices, various types of bread and buns, cheese, lumcheon meat, coffee. All of reasonable standard, fruit very good. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Perhaps getting a bit old. Maintenance needed i.e. Bathroom ceiling. Coffee in the room would be a good addition.

Rooms were falling apart (taps leaking and bits falling off).

Spacious warm rooms, good buffet breakfast. Good value for money.

Breakfast could be improved. We arrived at 6am off a night bus and unfortunately staff could not facilitate check in until 2pm.

Large room and big comfortable beds. Hot shower with good water pressure. Staff were helpful in locating a lost watch and returning it.

Clean and very spacious. Room was nice and quiet and hotel was a good location to walk from. Front desk always staffed and the staff were very helpful

Lift did not go all the way up to the 8th floor where we were staying so bags had to be carried up narrow stairs to the top floor. The hotel was tired and has not been maintained very well or modernised. Carpets were heavily stained and worn. Everything in the room was dated - no plugs for sink or bath. Just needs a bit of money spent on it to bring it back to it's former glory.

Reception was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was very good. There was plenty of hot water in the shower / bath. Beds were clean and comfortable and housekeeping was good. Room service was also available and very friendly. Room was large with plenty of cupboard space. There was also a well stocked fridge in the room with water and snacks.

The Bathroom has some defects and some things was broken. The TV hasn't Channels, or music.

For the breakfast, they charged extra for eggs. It's a small thing, but almost every hotel I've stayed in while touring Bolivia (I guide motorcycle trips) provides eggs with breakfast at no extra charge. The parking lot was small, and our motorcycles were parked behind another vehicle that decided to leave at midnight. That meant the staff had to call us and wake us up to move our bikes out of the way - not their fault, but did mean a poor sleep that night.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with large beds. The bathroom as well was very large and well maintained. The price was excellent for the room we got, and the location is a fairly short walk away from lots of the main attractions of La Paz.

Staff was very co-operative and helpful. Receptionist Lady has helped me a lot for arranging Taxi & talking with Airlines in local language.

The TV was a little outdated and so was the channel choices. The shower wasn’t very easy to operate because of the age of the installations. Nothing extreme, though…..

The breakfast was OK and there was only lukewarm water for the shower. There was a bath but no plug, but with lukewarm water that wasn't on the cards anyway. The hotel had a shining feel to it in the corridors.

Room was a bit dated. We paid for laundry that should have been back in 12 hours (7pm) but it was not done on time. When we came to pay, the card machine wouldn't work and the link they gave instead for internet payment didn't work either.

Good location. We could pay extra for early check in after a night bus.
