The bedroom with balcony with a view of the Matterhorn was worth the $’s.

A nicely presented hotel with a modern yet cosy style to the rooms. Small but perfect for a short stay, clean and well served room and super warm and friendly staff made our one nighter memorable. Will retuning day.

We booked the room with the Matterhorn view, it was really great. Room had two bathrooms and area was so spacious and clean. They had a Zermama bear robe, it was so comfortable when we were having our fondue outside at the balcony. Free pick up service from Zermatt train station.

it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect for who is going for skiing like myself. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also thoughtfully designed with skiers in mind. The cozy furnishings and spacious layout provided the perfect retreat after a long day on the mountain. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amenities. From the well-equipped ski storage area to the soothing hot tubs , every aspect of the hotel was designed to enhance the skiing experience and ensure guests' comfort and relaxation. Last but certainly not least, I must commend the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the room dining servers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy retreat in the heart of the mountains, whether you're a seasoned skier or just looking to enjoy some time in nature. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

The location was excellent and close to the station, so an easy walk. Booked a room with a balcony and view of the Matterhorn and view did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even offered lift to station on departure as it was snowing. Bar area and lounge nice area to enjoy a drink. Main street and restaurants just around the corner so great location.

At night the lights are on a sensor so if you get up to use the bathroom they light up the whole room. Those should be dimmed or removed as it can wake the other person.

Perfect location for walking to every destination. Very nicely designed hotel, and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly. Very quick and efficient check in. Menu was terrific and the downstairs bar was the place to be for apres ski. Quiet enough in the evening that we could sleep with our door open. Very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast menu. Great value for the cost of everything.

Everything is exceptional until we went for the breakfast, the waitress (Liliana Fernandes) could be more friendly. She has the most bad attitude towards guests that I've ever met. We waited for 2 boiled eggs for 45 minutes when we already finished all of the food. Zermama didn't include breakfast in the price, therefore, I would recommend other guests finding other places for breakfast to avoid the frustration since early morning from a rude, grumpy, bad attitude waitress.

Great location with the matterhorn view, the reception staff is very friendly, well prepared, and willing to help. The online team has a quick response and ready to assist. The shuttle bus driver is quick and kind.

the night light sensor in the room was apparently working improperly, switching on and off all the time, as i was walking in the room, which was making some trouble for my partner who was trying to sleep at that time. Generally, the room is not really designed for a couples having non-synchronised schedule. Though considering overall experience, it was rather a minor flaw. generally, our stay was quite pleasant.

The only thing was the bed, it was 2 singles so this was slightly annoying, definitely recommend changing to a double bed and then it would be perfect!!

Amazing hotel in Zermatt! The staff were brilliant, especially Norberto and Amanda! They even gave me a gift (some luxury slippers) as we were on our honeymoon!! Which I absolutely love!! Central location, 5 min walk from Zermatt train station, superb views of the Matterhorn, tasty food, hot tub was lovely. We will definitely be back one day. Thanks again guys for an excellent stay xx

The roof of the balcony the hot tub was in had a small problem and wouldn’t close fully so it was a bit cold but once you were in the hot tub you couldn’t feel a thing. Also they provided breakfast and dinner for free for the inconvenience which was very nice. Other than this no other issues

I cannot fault this property - it was amazing!!

This hotel is 10/10. The view was out of this world. Rooms are gorgeous and so cosy. Staff were amazing - nothing was an issue and so friendly and helpful. Location is very central and right beside a ski lift. The room with the balcony was so worth it to wake up to the most amazing view every morning. Bar is gorgeous for some drinks and food. Ski storage area also so you are not dragging gear to your room.

It did not have central air. We did not need it for our stay (November), but it would be uncomfortable to not have circulating air during the summer months.

The view from the fourth floor balcony room was absolutely breathtaking. We could walk out onto the balcony and watch the sunrise hitting the Matterhorn. It was close to the Main Street, but still quiet at night.
