Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, it was more just to sleep. It was well located with a tram stop outside front door taking you direct into Basel. Lovely location near the rhine, nice parks and walks nearby. quite a few shops and restaurants near by. room clean, comfortable and well supplied with usual hotel items. can't comment on food as didn't eat here

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they provided us with a travel card for the public transport that was super convenient to explore the city. the hotel was in an excellent location, with tram station right outside the door. The surroundings were lovely, full of green areas and all amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and I so enjoyed the coffee machine. We had breakfast during our stay, it was fresh and full of healthy options, which we really appreciated.

Power sockets are small and different from EU! a little bit expensive but normal for Basel...

Although there was enough parking space when I arrived, few hours before I received a message through booking that parking spaces are not guaranteed and it’s not possible to book them, would prefer to know this information before booking.

It was very clean, room was spacious, breakfast was decent. Really appreciated free transportation tickets for the local transport from the hotel.

Nice sized room, right next to a tram stop, shop, and some food places. The nearby local people seemed friendly. We had to pay a small fee for city tax, however we were given a public transport pass in return which allows free transport.

I had to arrive early and was able to leave my luggage before checkin and after checkout and got metro/bus daily tickets during my stay. Also the stuff was very friendly and helpful 🙏☺️

For the whole duration of stay we had to listen to the constant water flow from pipes. That made it almost impossible to sleep normally...

The hotel was at a good location close to the public transport stops. The room was clean and everything worked well. The service of getting a free Basel transport pass and a discount was a great plus.

Pillows were a little bit on the soft side for my liking, however I'm confident that had I followed it up with reception they would have found a solution.

Nice hotel next to tram stop for access to the city. Arrived late and reception was closed, so simply rang doorbell explained who I was, reception buzzed me in and information pack with room key was waiting for me in a very prominent place just inside. Next morning I simply filled in the necessary paperwork with the receptionist who was very helpful and assured me if there was any questions or help needed I could just ask. As with all previous reviews the public transport (which is fantastic) is free for tourists and I took full advantage of it.

The bathroom was small and a little awkward. The motion sensitive light kept turning off.

I liked the simple and clean rooms, the bottled water, the closeness to public transportation. Check in was easy, even with a late arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They would only allow us to have two towels. We would have loved the option for more. Beware the water pressure is very good, don't turn the shower on all the way!

You can't beat the location, there is a train stop right in front of the hotel entrance. The staff was very friendly and rooms were always clean. Good size rooms and loved that we had the option of two twin beds since I was traveling with a friend. Bathroom was small but manageable.
