Due to it being an old building was a little noisy in the wind. Would have liked a kettle in room or access to hot water for drinks as it was especially cold during our stay this would have been appreciated.

Very accomodating staff in restaurant and at breakfast. Gave us fries and salad as we are vegan.

Soo many steps to drag luggage up! Breakfast was like any other hotel- nothing exciting. It was a long ways from anywhere.

The hotel was a beautiful typical Swiss building. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The food in the restaurant was also superb. The garden was very pleasant to sit in with a drink after a hard day sightseeing. It was a short pleasant walk from the railway station.

Not fan of the regular Swiss kitchen I guess?! On Monday and Tuesday the Restaurant at the Hotel only offered fixed menu. It seems on other days a chef is around and the menu is much better.

The room was quiet and light. The furbishment was comfortable. In Switzerland the beds seem to be all harder than I'm used to, but the Hotel had a spare topper which was managed in the moment. This kind of service tells me the level of distinctive hospitality.

Internet connection in my room was poor as signal was weak at the end of the hallway. Time schedule between train timing and bus connection is not alignment as you have to wait in 30 mins if you need to connect between bus and train.

Good spread of breakfast with many different types of beard, cheese and cold cuts. Great start for the day. Nice and comfortable bed. Hot shower available.

Not having a space in the room or balcony to sit and relax.

The food at the hotel is excellent and the staff is super nice. The location is in walking distance to the train station and near a bus stop. Everything was nice, just wish the room and balcony would have been a bit more spacious. Our balcony was shared with another room and there was not enough space to sit comfortably.

Nothing really! Its an old building so you can hear almost everything going on in it but when we stayed there were no real problems. It was also very warm but if you close the shutters the rooms stay nice and cool.

Great location and beautiful old hotel. Free bus travel is a massive bonus. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is incredible.

The hotel has no lift, so do request a lower floor if you carry big luggage.

Love the design of the hotel & room, it look just the same as the picture. The bed is comfy and clean. The hotel is about 10mins walk from Wilderswil train station, and there is bus station close to the hotel that can easily access to Interlaken.

Unlike what was advertised on booking.com, there are no rooms with 2 seperate beds. Which was a surprise when we arrived. However the staff offered to upgrade us which was very nice considering it was an issue with how booking advertised the room, and not their fault.

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was amazing, including the breakfast.
