Check-in and out was at another hotel, 3 mins walking. Not too convenient if you have to haul luggage on a cobblestone street. When the windows are closed, you can’t really hear noise from the outside but a watchout if the weather is warmer. As the rooms have no aircondition, if windows are open it can potentially be very noise with the restaurants and bars below.

Great location, right in the middle of the old town. The rooms were clean and each had a unique theme.

Staying in one place and checking -in and checking-out in another place in paper may sound easy but it's a great botheration. No one is there in Magic hotel. For every thing you have to go to Krone hotel.

The reception is faraway from the hotel and it is very difficult to walk to the hotel with the luggage as there is a vey steep stair to enter the premises.

My experience was really bad. The bed sheets were not clean. The wifi signal was really week. However, the most important was the fact that the pictures that they had in the booking was extremely misleading comparing to the reality. I had a really bad experience.

It’s a very little room, there are no slippers , wi-fi works only in one corner , we need to sit in this corner to connect to wi-if , the socket for charging phone was only on the one side of the bed

We were supposed to stay at the mystic room. Grossest hotel room I’ve ever seen. There were ejaculate stains all over the place the rug the couch the walls the curtains. I get it that it’s a romantic theme but it looked like there was no effort to cover this up. As soon as we walked in we smelled cigarette smoke but this went away after asking for the staff to spray stuff. We switched to the pirate room and had no complaints at all.

Hotel staff was somewhat accommodating. When we wanted to switch rooms because first one was gross they couldn’t switch us that day because no availability.

Decoration is old-fashioned, but the room was very clean and comfortable.

The location was fantastic, nestled right in the heart of the city center and the charming old town. Positioned alongside the river and in close proximity to various restaurants, the Magic Hotel offered a prime spot for exploration. Although check-in took place at a separate building, conveniently located just 400 meters away, this was effectively communicated to us via email before our arrival. To our delight, we were upgraded to the honeymoon room – a spacious haven with breathtaking views of the river.

Check in and out at Krone hotel but not much trouble.

Staff was nice. We can left our luggages at lobby after checkout. Elevator is available but a bit narrow. Not much far from Luzern train station

We were not informed ahead of time that it sits directly across from the clock tower which chimes every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. We did not sleep hardly at all. Also, the rooms were dark, the couch was old and sunken in, there was no fan to help with ventilation (which meant we had to keep the windows open....which made the clock ringing unbearable!) Because of these things we tried to cancel the 2nd night's reservations (we had 2 rooms). But the host would hear nothing of it. We lost a total of $417!
