It needs an upgrade as it’s quite old but everything was clean and functional for a quick stay.

Property is located at a 5-10min drive from downtown interlaken. It has parking and the room is comfortable but basic.

It is well connected to Interlaken, with a bus service every half an hour. However, if you have a train to catch and other activities in the main city, one must be careful due to the long waiting time (30 mins). There is no lift to access some of the rooms (backside), and the view is blocked.

Breakfast was good. Staff are very helpful and supportive with check-in and check-out times.

There was a minor issue when housekeeping forgot to replace the towels, so we reached out to the reception but there was no one at the reception so we went to the restaurant which was adjacent to reception but the lady at the restaurant was very rude and she didn't even bother to answer us. Also I think they should provide intercommunication from room to the reception so that in case of above issues guest can call them from the room itself.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was just a 6 min bus ride from the Interlaken OST. The room was also very clean. The host was also helpful in answering our queries.

Even though there was no smell in the first room , the 2nd room's bathroom in the Annex building was smelling slightly but an air freshener could fix it. The one issue was the hairdryers were pretty old. One room had 2 but both were very inefficient.( We forgot ours so had to use it) . Though the people at the hotel were nice , some of them kept staring at us weirdly, which was funny rather than uncomfortable.

The hotel was nice with a good view and definitely value for money. I saw people complaining about the size of the room and smell , we didn't feel that. Our room was changed on the last day as we requested a room with a better view and we were actually given an upgrade, thanks to the guy at the reception.the beds were comfortable enough. The location is walking distance from the bus stop and there is a supermarket and bakery in front of the hotel. There are beautiful villages and hills around, suggest you too go for a walk or hiking

The ensuite had small amounts of wear/age that could do with freshening up, and it was pretty dim in the shower. But it was much more affordable than a lot of places in the area so it didn't bother me. It was clean! But...the housekeeping staff. They were vacuuming outside rooms before 9am which seems way too early for a hotel! Every day I was there, not just once.

Very comfortable bed and a nice ensuite. Excellent location opposite a small but very well-stocked supermarket with friendly, English-speaking staff. Local buses very close taking you to central Interlaken, and the hotel provides free tourist passes for them! Pet-friendly.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and was facing the street, during the night it’s pretty calm but it could get pretty noisy in the morning for a light sleeper. The bed is a bit worn out I think.

Very beautiful view surrounded by the mountains. The staffs are nice, especially the lady in the restaurant who was extremely very smily and friendly. The food was pretty good. Very well located, good value for money for a short stay to visit the beautiful Interlaken and its surroundings. There’s a bus with a free ticket to go to Interlaken (10 mins ride only and it’s available til 11 pm so it’s convenient.

It was very good breakfast, although there were decent options but they made me fresh omlette as i was vegetarian. There were already scrambled eggs and fried eggs. Good juice options and nice room with a view. Towels and shower gel were provided and nice room with a bit of squeaky sounds becaue of the wooden architecture, but its renovated to new standards. i liked there in the old architecture.

The location was easily accessible to the main city through frequent buses. Also the hotel had a very scenic view. The rooms were pretty good and well maintained.

Water temperature would randomly change throughout the shower. Hairdryer did its job but is not very powerful. Not many wall plugs (they had 3 plugs in the wall opposite to the bed but we could only use one at a time as they were super close together and we couldn't fit more that one charger at the same time).

Easy to get bus to and from Interlaken Ost. The hotel is equipped with an elevator, so no problem to get lugagges up. We had a comfortable and nice stay.
