After crossing the road from the train station, hard time searching for the blue line on the ground, leading to the elevator that can bring us down. Better to ask and follow the blue line till the irish pub. We couldnt find it and have to carry our heavy luggages down the stairs. Other then that all was good

The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen and the size you’d have in a caravan. The room was very plain with no style but comfortable.

The Hotel was in a lovely position on the waterfront with a beautiful pathway with lovely gardens going around the waterfront. Fabulous views of the city and lake from our room and lovely views also from the restaurant.

Not easy to access from the station with luggage nor to get into the lobby

The views from the room were beautiful - mini bar was free and there was a gift of wine and water bottles on the table - very unusual to get that anywhere and very appreciated .

This was my seven time stay in this lovely hotel and had a very relaxing stay. The hotel has a great location and the room has a nice balcony facing the lake, mountains and partial the charming city of Montreux. Reception Staff are very friendly & helpful.

The room we had was on the 13th floor with amazing views of the lake. However as it was at the end, the room was at an angle and very small, we wouldn't have been comfortable there for more than one night

The queen bed had two mattresses instead of one large mattress

I have had larger toilets on airplanes! Bathroom is way too small. The matrasse was too soft for my liking. The bluetooth speaker in my room didn't turn on.

excellent view. spacious, modern lobby, great location. large selection on the breakfast menu, lovely outdoors terrasse. Balcony in the room is a nice touch. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice shower pressure including rain shower.

Breakfast menu does not have that many options and they keep the same menu every day. I got bored of them after my 3rd day of staying in the hotel.

The location is amazing, just opposite to the lake and walking distance to the train station and local shops. The view from 15th floor where I stayed in was breathtaking. Staff were helpful.

Bathroom slightly outdated but not an issue.

The location is perfect, a few minutes' walk from the train station, on the lake promenade with a breathtaking view from the room. Room spacious. Beds comfortable. Nice complimentary coffee in the reception. Complimentary mini bar in room with coffee capsules and coffee machine.

They just need to be a little more thorough on the cleaning in rooms and smell of dust . Therefore I left the windows open for circulation of air . The bathroom chrome finishing on bath tub is rusted and should be replaced . The hotel is under refurbishment so the swimming pool and hot tub and rooms still not finished . I guess the hotel is making the effort to modernise . Therefore I am looking forward to come back again and see the improvement .

The underground car park is very good and secure . The rooms are fairly clean with good view of Lake Geneva. The mini bar selection is very good . Lots of complementary coffee and juices within reception . The gym is fairly small but has all you need. The sauna and steam room a plus . The indoor dining is sufficient . Improvement to have more selection in the menu . 3-5 options is not enough .
