the breakfast could have more variety of food.. I had a problem with my car parking ticket..every day I had to get a new one from the receptionist..

everything about my stay was great.. the hotel is really clean and the staff were really nice and I want to give a special thanks to the tall guy with red hair in beard..he gave an extra value to our stay..also the bangali man in the reception was really helpful.

I wish the spa area was a bit more equipped. Eg. pool or jakuzzi. But the sauna was nice and clean. Would have been nice to have water boiler and tea in the room.

Very friendly staff, amazing location with private beach and outside sauna, wonderful lake and mountains view from the balcony, clean room,nice and delicious breakfast, free mini bar with soft drinks. I can only recommend this place and we’ll definitely come back!

We had to take the boat to Lucerne and the rides are expensive. The guest card doesn’t provide any boat rides discount

We checked in April the weather was good, but noted there is no air-conditioner in the room, could be hot during summer. Other than that the hotel is perfect.

The room we checked in has balcony with fabulous lake view, it was really stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, all amenities was provided, and free flow of water and soft drinks from the minibar in the room. The breakfast was very good in food quality and nice lake view during breakfast too. A safe indoor parking was provided with minimum charges. Overall the hotel is one of the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Switzerland.

It is not easy to access without the car. The best way to access the downtown Lucerne is by ferry, but the timetable is so flexible. Over 30 minutes of driving to downtown Lucerne.

Cannot find anything bad. Spacious room with great lake views and full service of room amenities, including drinks in the refrigerator. Very quiet. Very friendly staff with warm welcoming. Perfect. Next to ferry stops.

There was repair works in the hotel and it was not so nice to stay in a hotel which is under refurbishment. The reception closes very early and there was nobody to meet us and give the room keys to us. I was a little bit surprised how a 4 star hotel reception may closes around 4 pm.
