The service desk/receptionist team were extremely helpful. The service desk was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were offered fruit and water upon checkin. We were given chocolate wafers and a large glass water bottle at checkin. The apartment was like home. Clean comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this company and stay to anyone that wants to be close to the train, and city center. The apartment was literally steps from the train.

The parking offered is only very small cars. It would be more realistic to consider off street parking near the apartment. The hosts could have been more knowledgeable regarding the parking coupons needed for the parking. It would have been good to have had information in the apartment regarding sightseeing options and also for food deliveries.

The property was well located, excellent size apartment, sufficient utensils, super clean and the hosts very helpful.

The apartment was the perfect option for a travelling party of three. Zürich is an incredibly expensive city, so the apartment was a better option as it not only offered more space but was also more economical than paying for two separate hotel rooms. The decor was stylish and very comfortable.

The apartment was very comfortable, with two bathrooms, all kitchen supplies were provided, nice dining area, washing machine and other necessary stuff. The location is only 15 min walking from the train station. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The apartment was just as what we have expected! The apartment has everything you need in a stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and my friends and I had a great time cooking and enjoying our stay here.

We had to walk few minutes to their other hotel to store our luggages. It is not too far away but it was inconvenient especially when it was a rainy day. No hanging wardrobe on the lower floor bedroom.

The locate is quiet and about 15 mins walk to station and centre. This property has three toilets and two with showers which are good for a family.

There wasn’t much in walking distance around the apartment in terms of supermarkets or restaurants so you needed to walk into old town to get decently priced food. This is fine if you’re ok with a walk but if it’s raining it makes it a little tough.

This property is a perfect spot for exploring Zurich, especially if you have a car. It is a little bit of a walk into old town but makes up for it with such a spacious room. We had plenty of room to relax in the seperate living room and the two bathrooms was a nice touch. The kitchen was also great given the prices in zurich! I could not fault this apartment it was one of the favourite spots of our trip. The staff were also very helpful and so friendly. A great spot!

Two small issues: lights in the bathroom come on automatically with sensors, it is not very practical, especially at night. Pillows were not comfortable but that is the type of pillows used in most of the country, fluffy but flat.

The location is perfect, quiet but close to the center and public transportation. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. Kitchen was perfect with induction stove, pots/pans and Nespresso machine. Bathrooms were beautiful with excellent showers. Maid service is included and it made the stay perfect. Staff is professional and communication was seamless.
