The single bed for 1 person was a little mean in size, i'd prefer a queen size.

The location was excellent, close to old town and the lake. The staff were v helpful and friendly.

There was a power failure affecting the Hotel caused by workman outside the hotel. This caused considerable disruption during my stay.

Someone had smoked in the room previously. Furthermore, the air was not fresh, there was something damp, etc. Luckily, I could open the window. As an allergic, one night was a maximum I could stay. Self-service check-in, which was OK, but I had some problem with finding a door code, so I needed to wait for another guest to come and open the door.

Excellent location in the centre of old town. Nice view from the higher floor.

Rooms are quiet small but for Geneva standards it's perfectly fine.

Hotel is very well located as it's right in the city center close from all attractions and public transport. A lot of food options around and it has a very nice view. One of the good options to stay in Geneva during work trips.

We had a minor emergency when we (eventually, as directions were poor) arrived late at night after a day of travel. Someone else had taken our second room, using a key left for us in an envelope on the unmanned desk. There were no staff, the phone number was an answer phone, the Internet didn't work and was then patchy. The instructions and telephone rates were dated 2014. We were desperate. Fortunately, the guy who had taken our room moved out. It was a very unpleasant experience and it took an hour or two to settle our extreme anxiety. If there had been a serious emergency, god knows what we would have done.

Good shower and bathroom, comfy beds. Fred the host was genial and helpful the following morning.

while it was clean and towels were changed daily, there were some very small details that need fixing: e.g shower hose in bad condition, carpet with stains, fridge tilted to the side. However nothing outstanding to ruin one’s experience

there is construction work going on next door which was awfully noisy in the mornings of course. but I can't blame the hotel for this, it was just unfortunate timing.

i was very into the old decor ! very vintage, but comfy and clean. its aesthetic might not be for everyone's taste, but I enjoyed it as an experience. everything was great in the room. I arrived past their check-in time, but the staff arranged the key to be ready for me on arrival. it is well located with many yummy cafés and shops within walking distance.

Although there was a kitchen in the studio which was well equipped, it would have been nice to have some tea and coffee provided. The information online says there is parking near by however we couldn’t find anything suitable for a longer distance away from the hotel.

The studio room was much bigger than expected, and a lot was included in the price making the property very good value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a dinning room table and chairs and lots of kitchen facilities making it easy to cook there if you wanted to. Perfect location central to town, shopping streets and restaurants. Beautiful view from the top floor studios.

The safe didn't work and the fridge was rather noisy - but these are minor issues.

Nothing was too much trouble for the manager, Fred. He was really excellent. Likewise, the cleaning lady was also very good. The location, just a few steps from the centre of the historical district in one direction and the lake in the other, couldn't be better.

It had everything I wanted but I was rather disconcerted by the building site right next door, with a massive crane. However I wasn't disturbed by construction noises ... there was no jack-hammering. Wasn't woken early by builders ...

It was a small attic room on the 6th floor (with lift) ... small shower, small cooking corner with hotplates, microwave & some equipment, comfortable bed, everything clean, functional but slightly shabby. Location: walking distance from Cornavin main station, on the edge of the old town. It was acceptable for the price ..Fr.87.- with no breakfast. I got a good night's sleep. I was given a "Geneva Transport Card", which gave me free public transport for the duration of my 2-day stay. Trams & buses in the vicinity.

Near the beautiful Geneva lake, can reach in 2-3 minutes to Trams and buses stops. I like the room. This hotel is now becoming like my home in a third country because I used this hotel since 2015 for my work travel to Geneva.

The shower is hand-held only. There is a lot of street noise but what can you expect in a city centre? The carpet was very stained. The cupboards are very old and the doors don't slide anymore. The safe did not work.
