Excellent location. Very close to the city center and easy access to ski lifts. Very friendly stuff - helpful and provided useful information. On-site restaurant was great!

SwitzerlandThe pool and spa area is a little outdated. It's clean but an update (and enlargement) would do it good. The WIFI was terrible. So we used our phones to connect our computers to the internet and didn't complain (maybe the staff could have done something?).
The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the center of Montana (where the shops and many restaurants are). We got a room upgrade so we had a room plus a living room and a small kitchen. That was very nice for a week-long holiday. We liked the restaurant, especially for dinner. The wait staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was very good. The staff is really exceptional. They seem to genuinely like to help the guests have a good time and always greet you with a smile and say "bonjour". The key to enjoy yourself is probably to know what to expect. The hotel isn't modern but the people working there and the services they provide make up for it in my opinion.

SwitzerlandBreakfast is somehow boring, all the same and it could happen that if you come a bit later - scrambled eggs and bacon as well as pancakes were over. But then we learned that it is possible to order an omelette directly from the stuff - and it was very tasty! Not much to complain, actually. The hotel is a bit dated and the TV-sets we could not use with iPad wirelessly but OK, we should have brought our own HDMI cable, which was forgotten.
Location is excellent - close to the cable car, shops and restaurants. Free underground parking. Not large but very nice SPA area. Very good restaurant. Huge rooms - actually we had two apartments, each with two bathrooms, balcony, living room with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Just perfect! Stuff is very nice, polite and helpful. The panoramic view from the terrace over Pennine Alps - from Matterhorn to Mont Blank was breathtaking!

Switzerland- After my note about the staff, there is nothing I did not like that would not make me decide again for the hotel.
+ THE STAFF! Everyone went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We came for the weekend for a race event and they all made an effort to accommodate many extra requests. Always with kindness and a smile. If we will decide to come back next year, we know where to stay! Again thank you, definitely helped make us run faster!

SwitzerlandFantastic service, attention to the clients. We had a room upgrade to a fantastic appartement with the view on the mountains and the village. Comfortable beds, water, tee and coffee in the room. There are free hotel ski bus, free ski pass for kids and discount for adults. Also we got 2 bottles of water snd candies for a child at the check out. The hotel is kids friendly: pool open for kids till 20:00, bathrobe and sleepers for child, kids play room. Location is great, close to the ski station and skating ring. Delicious food in the restaurant.

SwitzerlandThe carpet in the rooms looks like if it could be changed. Despite the double-glazed windows you can still hear the bells from the nearby empty christian churches at various times of the day, including the weekends, but this is not the fault of the hotel.
Beds are good. Bathrooms are good too. The majority of clients come from Kuwait, or other Gulf countries, although the level of luxury is not what one finds in hotels in Dubai. The mothers get together in areas near the Reception in a very friendly atmosphere, while children can play in the pool or in a nearby public playground under the supervision of the Phillippino housemaids. The WiFi is not very strong in all areas, but the Hotel offers many Arab-speaking TV channels. The view from the balconies is quite nice. The food at the restaurant is very good.
