there was a noise during all night that prevent me from sleeping well. it was no tin the hotel but in neighbour building.

location. price for money. and very nice receptionist. You have to arrive before 8pm.

If outside is not over 30 degree hot, room with view of narrow alley in old town without any wind and air was not easy to sleep. No air-conditioning or ventilation, and noises of the drunk people walked through the alleys in nice summer evening...

Pretty small room with all what you need. There was no reception stuff, but waterless of restaurant help us to check in, and she was very nice. Very nice location at the marketplace near the lake.

the walls and doors probably aren‘t well-insulated since i woke up a couple times at night when someone returned home, used the water in their room etc. There was also no bathroom door, the bathroom was open to the room which didn‘t matter to me as a solo traveller but if I had been travelling with someone else it would have been uncomfortable.

It position has one downside - a bit noisy late into the night and then very early morning on market days as they set up the stalls The pillows could be a better quality ie more supportive

In a great position right on the main square and beside the lake. The food in the restaurant was very good with a nice selection. Friendly staff.

The room was hot and stuffy as they had no air conditioning. We were able to open the windows, but the noise level/smokers from down below made that difficult.

The property was in a great location and the staff was helpful with helping us with the bus transportation.

The check-in/check-out procedures! The gentleman at the desk only spoke French which is fine for domestic travelers. Was far from welcoming as he was very preoccupied with serving tables/guests at the in-house restaurant. We had a real early checkout and there was no one around to take care of the formalities. Much against our will, we were compelled to leave the key in the room and follow up with an email and picture saying the need for us to do so! We had a room on the first floor and the noise of weekend partying went on till the wee hours of the morning!! So be prepared if you are looking at getting good, sound sleep!

Hotel does not have its own car park, but on the other hand there is a big parking area front of the hotel (not guarded) and short distance almost everywhere in the city.

The cost of the one night does not include breakfast, but you can buy the breakfast from the restaurant downstairs. That was okay. The location was perfect (cafes, restaurants, lake, hiking routes nearby). Short distance (about 7 min walk) to the train station.

There were no lifts and we are an old couple in our 70’s. We were on the ‘1st’ floor and that meant three flights of stairs. The room was minuscule and cramped. Having paid for the three days in advance as we signed in we were not allowed to cancel and leave after we had climbed up and down from the room. We were not even allowed to at least cancel the last two days. We were told that we could only get a refund from the company that had done the booking (BookingDotCom I presume) even though we had just checked in and paid after that at the Hotel reception by Debit card. So they had received the money from us. But no! The breakfast was ‘freshly’ out of the refrigerator. There was nothing fresh except the tea n coffee. We never had another breakfast there after the first day. Although we had paid for three days for the room as well as one days breakfast and our bags including my precious bag full of cameras and lenses was at the hotel, - even then - a cup of tea or a beer had to be paid there and then. The entrance doors closed at 10 pm so if you were eating out, as we preferred to do since there were great eating joints all around us, we had to enter through the rear entrance. Of course we had a key to it but the lights were off on the staircase all the time. We did get used to the locations of the light switches by the time our three day stay ended.

The location was superb which is what attracted us immediately to the hotel.
