Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

when my room key did not work it took an eternity to be able to get back into the room mostly because the night porter had clearly not been poroperly trained on the locks

The breakfast was very disappointing.Hardly any choice, plates, cups and cutlery of carton / plastic. Very few places to sit for breakfast. We had a reservation with breakfast and ended up having breakfast everyday out, or baying from the local supermarket and eating in the bedroom. Although the rooms were good, the first reservation they have out is in a room supposedly for 3 adults, but there was not even space for an extra bed. So our son slept in our bed. The floor of the room was very dirty when we have arrived (dusty with crumbs). I talked with the lady at reception the day after, she was very kind and requested the room to be cleaned.
The rooms were good and Dtaff was very nice.

Location is a bit far, and my spouse said the room was loud during the night (I'm a light sleeper usually, but I didn't hear anything).
Awesome breakfast, and good room with a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and you have the option to choose your pillows.

The room size could have been slightly bigger, but this is a personal preference. Due to current constructions the elevator as an example was out of order, which was a little unfortunate but not at all bothering!
Very well prepared room, the bathroom was especially nicely with amenities and space. Staff was super kind and helpful, and the breakfast was especially nice and various.

We were surprised when we were told that we had to pay an additional amount for our 5 year old daughter even though when we made the reservation she was included and booking.com only mentioned an additional charge for older children. Finally when we showed the process to the person checking us in she agreed to remove this charge so it was very well dealt with but a point to improve for future clients.
The hotel was very nice and clean. A good size room and nice key laid out with great pillows

Breakfast is not impressive. I just ate them only the first morning. Every morning I have the breakfast at the coffee shop around the hotel which the menu much more better.
The hotel has a spacious guest room. I'm so happy to stay with cleanliness and good function of amenities. Thanks to the hospitality of all staff. The location of this hotel is very good to stay and easy access to public transportation.

I think breakfast can be a little bit richer in terms of variety of options.
1) Location is great: next to tram stop with tram going directly to Central train station; with walking distance to all major locations; quite street (while our room was facing street we didn’t hear any noise). 2) Friendly and very accommodating staff: we arrived in the morning, before check in moment but still we got a room so we could relax a bit after our early morning flight before going and exploring the city. 3) Comfort: room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom equipment was very functional; everything was clean.

noisy street
hotel is nice, although we had room facing street and it was very noisy from early morning to late night because of trams on the streets. Breakfast didn't have a lot of choices but was ok. We booked parking inside but it wasn't reserved for us (it was luch for us as entrance to the parking is really narrow, it is difficult to fit it) we were offered parking space in the garden. But it is also possible to have free parking at the streets for the night next to hotel and not to pay for it at hotel. 15 min walking distance to the center
