The fact that the elevator does not stop at the floor's level forces to climb a few stairs, and of course, to carry the lackage. The hotel does offer parking but it is a bit difficult to park, as there are limited places

10 out of 10 is the view! If it’s breakfast or dinner you can also enjoy this view all day long. We also good a free upgrade. The staff was super helpful and very friendly.

The breakfast was very average , cold scrambled egg but fresh and the staff were lovely. The lift was tiny hardly enough room for one person let alone the luggage.

The bedroom was great and the views stunning. Very comfy bed. Parking was free but not enough spaces and in the pouring rain it wasn’t easy.

Nice little boutique hotel with a private parking and a terrace right on the lake. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big, and we had a balcony with view of the lake. Good breakfast included and amazingly efficient and very nice staff. A dream pit stop on the way (also close to the highway)!

The only comment regard: - the size of the toilet, that should be a little bigger - the outside hotel advertising board should have larger dimensions and also good luminosity at night

Received an upgrade to a Lakeview suite with a balcony. Although it was winter time the view was wonderful to wake up to in the morning. Staff is exceptionally friendly, I have been guest at the Diamond hotel for decades but would gladly stay here for a few days instead.

Excellent hotel quality and you feel instantly at home. All staff are amazingly helpful and many thanks to Lucy, Carlotta and Augustina, plus the hotel manger who very kindly took us to the local railway station. Exceptional customer service and we are already staying again in apr24. Rooms and lovely and airy with very comfortable bed and pillows. Strong wifi. Breakfast plentiful! Free parking on site too which is a bonus. Many thanks as always!

The parking lot is a little tight, but I had an SUV and was able to make it work.

The breakfast included in the stay was really good and sitting on the lake was very peaceful. The location of the hotel and the room was spectacular as was the view.
