Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

too many e-mail about the booking, I received in total 17 e-mails related to this stay/booking. That is just insane. One booking confirmation is sufficient and one invoice. Especially for business travels, reduce!

Everything was amazing!
Wonderful hotel with awesome stuff! The staff did everything and even more in order that my trip and comfort would be at maximum level! This is not a very big hotel with just 28 rooms. The position of this hotel is super strategic: - 10 meters from the main railway station - 10 meters from the bus and trolleybus and tram. - 50 meters from Starbucks, MCdonalds, KFC, Burger, English Pub and Lebanese cousin. - 100 meters from COOP and 2 big malls! So you have everything that you need. Free fruits for all days, lemon water, fresh water, coffee, tea, hot water is always available at the reception 24\7 The Breakfast could be better of course. Don`t expect 5 star breakfast, but with 5-6 dishes every day, croissants, eggs etc will always be available for you. Can`t complain tbh. The rooms is not very big, but have everything that you need: - Good bed, shower, bathroom, TV, table, chair and guardrobe with freeze and safe. - The pressure of the water was super nice, the water was super hot also. - Fast free WiFi Internet - ~ 80MBit\s = 8-9MB in downloading. Definitely will consider this hotel next time! P.S. Forget to tell you that Staff even gave me early checking at 9 AM for Free as well as a free breakfast when we arrived! That was so helpful! Thank you!

Curtains had some holes and construction noise from nearby street could be heard through on early mornings.
Excellent location with wonderful staff. Clean room, spacious enough, all the basics were there, plenty of storage options, tons of charging outlets available in the room.

The pillows were all different levels of firmness, and there was a begger sat outside the entrance every day we were there
Nice place, very central to Geneva. Came with a free tram and bus ticket. Breakfast was good too

All room doors face the inner space where you have breakfast etc. Not great privacy as in the morning you walk through people to get to the room. Quite basic room. Basic breakfast.

Really comfy beds. Very central location, right opposite the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A little noisy as the breakfast area is right outside the room. We didnt book breakfast as it didnt look that inviting. But all in all a nice comfortable hotel

The location was exceptional! Opposite the train station and walking distance from the lake and the Old City. The room was quite decent with the tile renovation that it has been done in the toilet, although rather small. The staff was vey polite!

Facilities are pretty basic and the whole place is a little worn around the edges, but for this price in this city, you could do a lot worse. It's a typical European 2-star hotel. There's no AC and if you're on the station side, it can get noisy with the windows open, but it's typical urban noise.
Very convenient location across from the main Cornavin train station and transit hub. 10-minute walk to Lac Leman, where you can catch water taxis (included in the free Geneva transit pass) to the other side and the old town. Lots of good restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies etc. in a couple blocks radius. Amazingly comfortable bed. Train to the airport is right across the street and only takes about 12-14 minutes to get there.

I heard fellow guests speak in the corridor late at night. I used earplugs to sleep.
The location is excellent. The staff is friendly. The room was basic but had all I needed, including a hairdryer and bathtub.
